Pool/Spa, guesthouse in the heart of ATX

Would definitely stay here again! There are some quality restaurants in the neighborhood, which is walkable, and definitely a feeling of being safe. The house was perfect for our week long stay, clean, well decorated interior, and the pool being a bonus in the heat. The host was available for our needs and questions (not many needs). We walked downtown frequently but it is a little bit of a hike (1.5 miles ish) and there is a space for parking on site. It is located (as stated by others) by the interstate and train tracks so if your a light sleeper consider ear plugs. Again, not a problem for us and will stay here again.

We had a great stay! The host had very great communication and we were close to everything we wanted to do.

Super clean place and very responsive host! The hot tub was perfect after 2 days of walking 18 holes on the golf course. The only thing we had to change was sleeping. The bed upstairs was a little too firm for my partner and killed his back so we moved to the hide-a-bed downstairs and slept great! Plus the TV downstairs had YouTube TV so we could watch our NBA playoff games on it! Definitely would stay here again!

A fantastic experience! The guesthouse was just gorgeous!! Very roomy for 1-2 people (though it would be fine for up to 4 people!). The bed and the couches were very comfortable. Walking distance to a few restaurants and grocery stores. Easy access to Mopac, so driving most places within Austin was about 11-20 minutes. Though my favorite part of the stay was the backyard pool/spa. I was in there every evening of my stay. Host contact was fantastic. She responded within a few minutes regarding any question or request. Check in/out and access into the house couldn’t have been any easier. I highly recommend this rental!

Host was great and the property was awesome! Great pool and hot tub, modern, clean, stocked. It was a great place to stay.

Well equipped and very well presented. LIked the neighborhood for walks, shops, restaurants. Kudos to the host for up-front warning of nearby highway and rail noise. Not a problem for us inside the home or for sleeping. It does detract from sitting outside by the pool however.

I return again and again to this property because I enjoy it so much! Terrific location, well stocked and aesthetically pleasing!

This property was absolutely perfect for my husband and me. The space was just the right size- comfortable, inviting, and beautifully decorated with great attention to detail. The home was well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to do while still being in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our time here and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Highly recommend!

You do not want to book another property! This was a great location with walkable coffee shops and restaurants just a few blocks away. The guest house is super clean and the bed and bedding is so comfortable that I’ve asked to know the brand! Downtown Austin is just a short 10ish minute drive. The pool was a nice end to hot days. I can not recommend this property enough. It was PERFECT! Lots of people reviewed about the traffic noise- yes, there are some throughout the night as well as a train. I would suggest to travel with a noise machine and you will be fine. Don’t let the light traffic noise deter you. Check in and check out was a breeze! The owners truly thought of everything’

Beautiful guesthouse, clean, stylish, good attention to detail and very welcoming. The pool is in great condition and very private during our stay. The location is near restaurants and entertainment. Good location for a nice walk.

Great place to stay! It is tucked away in the funky neighborhood but easy access to downtown and MoPac. Very safe and secure. Very attractive and modern structure with pool and hot tub.
