Great place! Just what we needed. Nice and quiet. Convenient to Mayo Clinic, the reason for our visit to Jax. Wish we could’ve taken advantage of the pool and outdoor space, but the weather didn’t cooperate. Maybe next time!

Great stay, enjoyed the quiet and relaxing rental. Plenty of room for me and my fiancé. The host was accommodating and answered all my questions via text. Would highly recommend this place and will be coming back to stay for sure. Clean, beautiful pool and lounge area outside.

Host was easy to contact and did everything he could to anticipate our needs. The space is quaint and very clean. The pool is for big kids and adults. It is no wading pool. The area is close to two beaches and the Mayo Clinic.

This was our first time staying at a Vrbo, and it couldn’t have been a better experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home—and one of the biggest highlights was how truly pet-friendly the property was. Being able to bring our dog along made the trip even more special, and it was clear the home was welcoming not just for us, but for furry family members too.Another huge plus was the location. Everything we needed was within walking distance—great restaurants and the beach were just a short stroll away. It made everything so easy and stress-free, no driving or planning needed.Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations in every way. It was comfortable, fun, and perfectly located. We’re already talking about coming back again!

Our stay was flawless from start to finish. The communication with Adam was quick and easy, with Adam always immediately answering any questions we had. We chose this listing primarily because it sounded ideal for our large dog traveling with us, which proved to be true. This factor, coupled with the convenient car or golf cart drive to the beach, the nice pool and the reasonable price, made for a fun and relaxing beach getaway. The accommodation is a little dated and could use a refresh, but as long as you are happy with a cozy, “boho” feel and don’t expect luxury, you will enjoy the stay. Adam has definitely added touches to the property that provided all the comforts we needed.

Didn’t stay. The place was terrible. Moldy shower and shower curtain. Dirty appliances. Dog hair. Dirty pool and outdoor grill. Checked it out and left to check into Homewood Hilton hotel. Never again. Have pics if you want to see them of the rental at the beach.

We had the best time at this property. It is in a perfect location! Our Goldendoodle received the best care from our host, well we did too of course, but he even dog sat for us when we took long day/night trips. She also loved the nearby dog park. We loved the pool, walking to the beach, and golfing at the nearby golf courses!

I was pleased that the property was as advertised. The proximity to the beach was fantastic and the host Adam delivered on his promise to provide as much privacy as possible. Would stay again if my travels ever take me back to Jacksonville.

Adam was very kind and accommodating! The house was super clean and quiet, backyard was gorgeous as well, it had everything we needed for a short stay! Golf cart was an amazing addition to the stay, we loved Jax Beach!

Fabulous digs, quaint, private, quiet!!! I chose this property because of its location, nice safe neighborhood, ease of getting around, just 10 minutes to the Mayo Climic, and walking distance to eateries. Being pet friendly was a must for me, my 2 dogs accompanied me on this trip and they settled right in. I brought food with me, there was an air fryer/toaster combo oven and microwave to heat things up, refrigerator to keep leftovers cold and the freezer kept the cold packs frozen solid. This rental will be my go to for future trips, highly recommend!!!

I gave 1 star because the host seemed very nice. Unfortunately though the amenities were less than acceptable. The advertised pictures were extremely deceptive and misleading. It was either a room attached to the house where he lives, or it was a pool shed. Either way, the shower, toilet & bathtub were open with no doors. Upon entry, you’re in the bathroom. No kitchen. Advertised sleeps 4, not true. It had an overly perfume smell, which triggered immediate physical reaction, which lead me to believe it was hiding something more nefarious, like mold. We were told that when we are swimming, the host will close his blinds. This made me and my daughter very uneasy. We stayed long enough to book a hotel (15 minutes). We reached out to vrbo support 4 days ago with video? And have yet to get a response. I will never recommend vrbo due to lack of reply

Staying here was amazing. The room was really clean. The host was very welcoming laid-back and Helpful and the pool was so much fun with amazing slide.I got to invite my family and throw a surprise 50th birthday party for my mom and it brought her so much joy and tears her eyes. We all highly recommend anyone to stay here and will be booking again in the future.

We had a fantastic stay at this Jacksonville Beach home! We brought along our two dogs and absolutely loved that the property had a secure fenced-in area where they could safely play. The private pool was perfect for relaxing afternoons, and we especially enjoyed the cozy seating area that felt like our own little retreat.The location couldn’t be better—everything we needed was within walking distance: the beach, restaurants, and shops. It made our stay stress-free and super convenient.Overall, this rental checked all the boxes for comfort, convenience, and pet-friendliness. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jacksonville Beach!

Will definitely be recommending for future friends and family! I rented this spot out for my two girl friends to stay for 5 days. It was the perfect spot for the two of them. Mostly it was just a place for them to sleep, but all their needs were accommodated for here. Using laundry, using the golf cart, etc.The pool was SO clean and the slide was functional and so fun! The walkway to the entrance of the rental and the backyard is absolutely amazing, I was stunned by all the gorgeous plants. Adam, the owner, was fast in responding to anything we needed or any questions we had! We were a little skeptical of noise as the rental is almost like a closed off in-law suite that is a part of their home, but we could not hear a single sound coming from inside their house while at the rental. My girl friends felt very safe and private. Also, their sweet neighborhood cat came to say hi to us every day on our way out which was just the cherry on top of the whole experience (: Thank you so much Adam! We had a great time!

The property is convenient to literally everything!! The pool was perfect and the room was comfortable. The golf cart was a very nice perk to go to breakfast and then to the beach. The host is great. It would be nice to be able to use the bathroom without trapping anyone else who is with you in either the bedroom or outside; however, it is not an issue if toilet privacy is not a huge deal. I did not pick on this from the pictures but it definitely would not have changed my mind about staying here! I will definitely be going back!

We loved our stay here! Checking in and out was super easy, the location is close to the beach and little restaurants in the area. We walked from the house to strings brewery. While we didnt think we would even use the pool, we ended up in it daily. The bathroom is large and so is the bedroom for two adults, more than youd get in a hotel. The mini kitchen area was amazing, we were able to save leftovers and some water in the fridge to reheat later. Definitely a 10/10 stay and worth it over a hotel! Adam was super friendly and easy to get ahold of for quick questions and help.

Adam was an excellent host and his place is really a hidden gem! We rode bikes to the beach every morning, and it’s so close to tons of restaurants, shopping, Starbucks, and the beach! It’s a cozy spot, great for a small family! My daughter loved the pool and slide! Also such a sweet and honest family! My daughter left her jewelry by the pool and they had it sitting on the ledge right by our room! Highly recommend staying here!

Excellent location near the beaches and lots of local restaurants only 5 minutes away. Just enough for one and cozy and romantic for two. I really enjoyed the pool seating area the most. If you love flowers you will be delighted to just walk around and see all the plant life.

Adam and the girls were incredible hosts!! Such a prime location and having the luxury of a private pool steps from the door was a plus!!! My husband, myself and our puppy enjoyed ourselves throughly!! We cant wait to return to our new fave vacation spot! We miss it already

Neat place to stay if you and another person are looking for a place near the Jacksonville beach. Cinnotti’s bakery is a couple minutes walk, worth check out. Nice, safe neighborhood. Easy check in and check out.

Close to beach, restaurants and golf courses. Very quiet for being part of a house. For a short stop 4 days this was great. We golfed, ate late lunch and crashed. Adam was very responsive when I inadvertently overloaded a circuit.

Property was old, small, no closet, not a comfortable chair or eating area, smelled like a dog, kitchenette was 2 small closets with no work space and stuff piled everywhere. First room you enter was the bathroom filled with partially used personal products..awkward! Roach traps convinced us to find another place to stay!!

We had a great time staying at this property. I was there with 4 of my kids while visiting various national park sites. The neighborhood was perfect! Centrally located and very safe. The kids played out front on the swings and i had no hesitation letting them play while I made dinner. They jumped in the pool, but it was a little cold since it was January lol. We would defiantly utilize the property again if in the area.

A buddy and myself wanted to ride the coast of Florida. This was a great spot to hang out hat as we rode. Host was over accommodating and there for any issue we could have had. Even lended a hand loading.

My stay at Adam's cute and cozy beach studio was perfect. The neighborhood was quiet, welcoming and safe. My host was super chill and easybto commicate with. Next time im in Jacksonville, this will definitely be my to choice.

This property was just great! It was conveniently located not far from the beach and close to all the area has to offer while still feeling “off the beaten path” when entering the backyard and the comfy space. The unit had everything we needed and the owner was so friendly and accommodating! We hope to be able to return here next year!

Perfect for us. Comfortable queen bed for my wife and I, futon comfortable for daughter. Bathroom was big and well appointed. Very safe location, appreciated the washer and dryer. Adam was absolutely great, communication was incredibly good, helpful, friendly. He made us feel valued. This place and owner is 10 out of 10!

We stayed here for our honeymoon and had an amazing experience! The pool and slide are amazing, and the separate entrance made everything so easy. There was a spot for us to park and the kittens araround the house were so sweet. There was also an incredible jet tub 💕

Adam proved to be an exceptional host during our stay. We are grateful for the wonderful experience we had. Being able to relax and spend time with our friends made our trip even more enjoyable. Perfectly suited for a family of 4. Great location, close to the beach and eats. The pool right outside the door, made for no boredom for the kids. Adam was very pleasant and put off a good vibe.

My family of 3 (with a 4-year-old) stayed 4 nights/5 days here. I can’t say enough wonderful things about our experience, from start to finish. Adam was communicative from the get go, and always responded quickly. The property is beautifully maintained, with tropical plants everywhere. The plants are beautiful and give you a “home away from home” feel. The living quarters are very clean and so cute. Our daughter LOVED the futon. The pool was well maintained and always clean. The slide was a ton of fun (for all of us!) the short distance to the beach was easy and there was never an issue with finding parking at the beach accesses. Neighbors were outside so much and seemed very friendly. We always felt safe as well. Adam and his daughters were a delight and seemed like the kindest of people. He was very accommodating to our travel time and even allowed us to check in early so that we could enjoy the pool and beach. We would absolutely stay here again, and we give it a 10/10 recommendation.

Excellent location with close proximity to the beach and shopping/restaurants. Very friendly host with great communication. The pool and backyard are lovely and perfect for our small dog. The bed was comfortable. There is no kitchen per se...a microwave, toaster oven, and nice-sized refrigerator are available. There is not a desk or workspace, so working remotely is difficult; but hopefully you're not there to work anyway!

This stay was so great, the pool was amazing and the owner was very friendly, always accommodating! We were surprised that the owner was on the property with us but it still was a pleasant experience!

My wife and i staid for a week. It was a truly cozy location. The area has beem very well maintained. The pool and lounging area was something out of a dream. We preformed a small wedding cermong in the back. Mr Adam the host was beyond welcoming creating the perfect atmosphere and keeping us informed of activities and the endless list of amenities. On a scale of 1 to 5 stars i give it a 10
