Stayed Jun 20, 2025With multiple families traveling to the area for a celebration of life, I was in need of a few places that could accommodate various family and friends. This property and the hosts exceeded all expectations. I was pleasantly surprised to learn the house had been remodeled to open both sides to each other. This is a 5 bedroom 3 bath with two living areas and two kitchens which makes it a great option for your larger families or groups of friends who need to still have a little space to themselves. The hosts are great - both communicative and responsive. They also went above and beyond when I experienced an unexpected tire issue. They brought over a tire pump and allowed me to borrow it so I could make it to the tire shop. Truly saved the day. We will definitely be back again.

Stayed May 16, 2025We needed a place for our family to stay near Arcata so we could attend Cal Poly Humboldt graduation! This was a great home for us! It was in a country setting but a quick drive to the university! Every room was nicely decorated & clean!

Stayed Nov 27, 2024This is an amazing property for large families and/or friends traveling together! The duplex is newly remodeled and very well-appointed with parking for several vehicles. We had plenty of room for our gathering of four families, and the host could not have been nicer! He was very responsive when we needed more pellets for the stove, and was kind enough to allow us to stay a little longer when we encountered a flat tire upon checkout. Highly recommend and would stay again!
