An industrial concrete loft set in the Redwoods in Eureka’s premier neighborhood. Set up with Sonos smart speakers and Phillips Hue lights, a 4K projector screen and a hot tub with a view of the Redwoods.
Guests have exclusive access to entire home. Located between Sequoia Park and Zoo and old town Eureka. The Neighborhood is quiet and filled with beautifully landscaped yards. Unfortunately, no parties or events are permitted based on our permit and the upstairs deck is closed

Stayed May 9, 2025My family and I were thrilled to find this one-of-a-kind property in a quiet Eureka neighborhood for a short stay en route to the Bay Area. The reservation was secured easily, check-in information was clear, and the two bed-two bath home was chock full of amenities. A large concrete structure with an open floorplan and lots of neat design features (e.g. sliding barn doors, a roof rain spout that drains into an outdoor pond), the home boasts a fireplace, wonderfully hot hot tub, games, turntable with some nice vinyl, and a fenced yard/lots of goodies for pups. We loved all these features, as well as the sound of the rain on the roof and the showers (copious hot water, excellent pressure, and a lovely view into the trees). Big thanks too, to Kat the property manager, for turning around a propane refill request incredibly quickly and kindly. To all looking for a special stay, this comes highly recommended!

Stayed Oct 17, 2023Really awesome property, backed on a gorgeous green ravine but still in the middle of town. VERY private feeling, so quiet we couldn’t believe how late we slept in. Perfect for our little and medium dogs, great fenced in area plus lots of room to run around inside on concrete floors. Couldn’t have been better. Excellent communication with hosts. Thanks again!!

Stayed May 17, 2023We were impressed with the architecture of this home when we booked. It did not disappoint. It was close to town but was surrounded by tall redwoods and was on a nice street for Eureka. The hosts provided everything we needed. Great entertainment options throughout the house. Our dog was at home as well. We enjoyed the peace and quiet on comfortable beds and furnishings.
