As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

    Nice place in a nice little community. Management well responsive. Only issue we had was the no trailer parking on property. There was nothing on website about it and did not lean until we drove 8 hours with a trailer in town. But other than that it worked out pretty good

    I booked this property for a short July 4th getaway to the beach with my kids (16 and 19). It is a very nice property. It is decorated with the appropriate beach theme and is furnished with modern amenities. Modern large screen TV's are in the living area and master bedroom with access to the most common streaming apps (Hulu, Netflix, Disney, Apple). The kitchen is fully furnished with utensils, dishwashing machine, microwave, full-sized refrigerator, stove top oven and keurig coffee maker.. There is also a washer and dryer that come in very handy. There are plenty of beach towels to use in case you forget yours. In short, it's a comfortable space and home away from home. The community pool outside is kept clean and the commons area has shaded picnic areas and grills for cookouts. The location is very close to everything. A short drive to good restaurants, retail stores and grocery stores. Its a 6 block walk to the beach of a short drive if you prefer to take your car to the beach. All these amenities made our 4 day stay very pleasant. A couple of items of concern to mention are the cleanliness of a couple of areas of the condo need to be addressed. There were small clumps of sand and a food stain (maybe queso cheese) left behind in the fridge. In the master bedroom there were long, dark hairs left behind on the bathroom counter top. These aren't dealbreakers but I feel that they are concerns that need to be addressed with the cleaning crew for future guests.

    I’ve stayed at several units at The Commons and this one was the best of all. Very well equipped, beds comfy, pool towels provided, fridge with ice maker for crushed or cubes. Communication was great with the owner. We were advised the dishwasher did not work but repair was scheduled and to apologize they gave us bags with cool stuff as well as plastic and paper goods to use till dishwasher was fixed. The locks from inside to unlock and lock are tricky. Or maybe it was just us! I will definitely choose this unit on my next trip down!!!

    My aunt and I decided - just 3 days before - that we wanted to get away for some NYE peace. Port A was the best choice, but availability was limited due to the holiday. Boy... we got SO LUCKY. This gem of a condo was available. The pics don't do it justice. It was amazing and had all that we needed for a great stay.

    The place was very clean, awesome and close to everything PA. The pool was wonderful and we rented a golf cart that we drive all over the island. We will definitely be back!

    Such a cute place and it had everything we needed. Loved the two coffee options (regular coffee maker and Keurig) and the coffee provided was a nice touch. We had an issue with the AC on day one and it took longer than expected for the tech to show which was a little frustrating. He was able to get it cooling that night, then replaced the thermostat the next day. The tech was super nice and professional. And, Jim was great about checking on us. We loved the location. We could walk down Anchor Street to the bar on the beach. Overall a great stay and a place we'd be happy to recommend.
