Short-Term Rentals - Lifetime Memories - come make some memories! Stay at the newest and nicest complex in St. George right next to the Las Palmas Resort. This townhouse was just finished in August of 2018. Brand new and very luxurious. People are raving about the upstairs den featuring 2 built-in full over full bunk beds (sleep 8 in one room).
Literally 10 steps out the back patio is the huge pool with a kids water dome, a slide, 2 hot tubs, and a waterfall. Use the bbq and enjoy

Stayed Mar 23, 2025Master mattress was horrible, one side was completely broken-texted with the host but no response.Check in process was very frustrating-code given didn’t work, took lots of texts and phone calls and over an hour to get into the rental.They did refund the service fee.Carpet and rugs were stained and dirty feeling and looking. It was nice to be right next to the pool. Less amenities than other places we’ve stayed in Saint George.

Stayed Oct 3, 2024The unit has a great layout with plenty of space. The pool is nice. Overall it met our needs. There were a lot of maintenance issues with the unit. Many of the items were things the management company couldn’t know without a guest reporting it, which I did so hopefully they will be fixed for the next guest. The lack of a real lock on the patio door is a bit concerning though.

Stayed Feb 17, 2023The location is nicely located to all nearby activities, the property is clean and new. Lots of space to hang out and enjoy. The pool and hot tub are a big hit. A lot of kids swimming late into the evening but appreciated the 10pm quiet time since you hear all of the noise as the condo backs out to the pool area. Parking was easy if you have one car. We went on a busy weekend so there were a lot of families and parking is limited. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and were happy with the accommodations.

Stayed Dec 21, 2022The heated pool and two hot tubs really made this a wonderful stay. The townhome was clean, new, and well appointed. If your group has multiple couples choose this property because it has kings in 3 of the 4 bedrooms while many other properties in the same complex only have one king sized bed. We enjoyed several hikes close to this location.

Stayed Mar 17, 2022Overall, this is a very nice place. I stayed with my kids (ages 18 months-10 years old) and my husband. They loved the bunk room and proximity to the pool and hot tub. The location was conveniently located and it was well equipped with items necessary for our stay. (The high chair and pack and play were awesome.)The only feedback I have is that it could have been cleaner (toilets mostly). The bathroom sinks drained slow and we wish there had been games, maybe cards or dice. Overall, We enjoyed our stay and would recommend!
