Welcome to Cornerstone 34, by Mountain Vacation Lodging. This is a spacious yet charming end unit townhome with 2 separate living areas. It is relatively new construction, so it features a stylish architectural design and high-quality finishes throughout. It also has beautiful furnishings throughout and owners who lovingly maintain the property,.making it an ideal choice for a mature and respectful group of guests.
When you stay here, you'll have access to fantastic onsite amenities, including a summer-only pool and two large hot tubs available during both summer and the winter ski season. Inside the townhome, you'll find two levels of comfortable accommodations, even two separate living rooms for added space and relaxation.
The ground floor features high ceilings and an open floor plan that combines the living room, dining room, and kitchen into one spacious and inviting area. For your convenience, there's also a half bathroom on this level, and the mudroom is a handy place to store your gear. Step out the back door, and you'll find a patio with a grill, surrounded by a lovely grassy area.
The upper level is home to all three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a laundry room, and the upper living room. This second living area offers extra space for your group to unwind and separates the primary bedroom from the other two. The primary bedroom is a true suite. It includes a King size bed, an HDTV, a private balcony with sunset views, and a beautifully appointed private bathroom that features dual sinks, a jetted tub, and a separate shower.
The second bedroom is another suite. It features a comfortable Queen bed and a private bathroom, while the third bedroom showcases a log frame Twin over Twin bunk bed, an HDTV, and its own private balcony. The bathroom for this bedroom is accessible from the upper living room, ensuring privacy for the King and Queen master bedrooms. Plus, the upper living room sofa is a sleeper sofa, so having this third bathroom accessible from the main area works well for any group dynamic.
When it's time for some outdoor fun, the pool and hot tub area are just a short, easy walk out the front door. You'll find changing rooms, restrooms, ample outdoor furniture, sunbathing lounge chairs, umbrellas, and even a covered seating area for those who prefer shade.
This townhome is located in the Steamboat's 'mountain village.” While you can walk from the townhome right into Gondola Square and Ski Time Square areas, there's also a free city shuttle bus that conveniently picks up and drops off right behind the townhome, providing quick transportation to and from Gondola Square or the Central Park shopping center. Furthermore, this townhome's location is close to the Rollingstone Ranch golf course, which transforms into the Ski Touring center in the winter, offering opportunities for skate skiing, cross-country skiing, or snowshoeing.
Please note that the owners take great pride in maintaining a high-quality property and welcome respectful, mature guests. Triple Crown groups and pets are not allowed per HOA rules. Finally, please be aware that although there's a garage visible in the photos, it is not available to guests. However, there is one parking space in front of the garage and shared outdoor parking options.

** Air Conditioning - Most mountain resort properties were not built with air conditioning. During most hours of the day and weeks of the year, AC is not needed. Summer nights are cool and fans are provided at most properties. Check the list of amenities to see if AC or fans are part of the rental property and look for ceiling fans in photos.
** Cleaning Fees & Lengthy Rental Periods - The standard cleaning fee quoted as part of any booking is for the final cleaning, which is to be performed after the rental period has ended. For guests who are booking a lengthy stay of more than one week, a mid stay-cleaning fee equal to the final cleaning fee may apply for the second week, third week, and so on. If you are booking for a lengthy stay, please contact us before booking online to discuss your group, your dates, the rates, the cleaning schedule, etc.
** Security Camera Disclosure - Please note that security cameras may exist on the exterior of the property. Cameras are positioned to cover entrances and exits of the home, including the interior of any garage spaces. Cameras are present to ensure the property remains secure and safe, as well as to ensure that guests are honest and upfront about their planned use of the property. If you plan to bring more people than you've indicated, more dogs than indicated, to host a party or event, or do not intend to respect the value and quality of the property, then this is not the place for you, and you should not bother booking the property. We had a wonderful time at this property. The home is quite large and has plenty of space for a family of six. The pictures and description were accurate. Check-in was quite easy and communication leading up to the day of check-in was very smooth. The neighborhood was quiet and all respected the quiet hours. It was a wonderful get away for the weekend! I highly recommend this property.
The condo was very nice, clean and well-kept. Great view. The shuttle service was very easy to use and convenient. We had a lot of luggage so the front desk assisted us in moving our luggage into the unit. They were prompt and very helpful. The entrance of this building is a bit hidden away. You have to walk through the parking deck to get to the front entrance. That would be the only negative feedback on the building but the unit itself was fantastic.
Excellent property, well stocked, great views and comfortable beds. I would recommend this property for your next stay. I also love the big dining room table for family meals.
We had a group of 5. Everyone had a bed and then some (we had a injury and they were able to use the fold out couch instead of climbing on the top bunk). Also, all beds were very comfortable. Location was about as good as you can get without being at the base (if you are skiing). It was the closest townhome to the Purple line bus stop for the complex which is a big benefit if you didn’t bring or rent a car. Two living spaces were helpful while some people watched a movie upstairs and the remaining were downstairs watching something different or conversing. Master bedroom was very nice. It had a jacuzzi tub which was helpful for sore muscles after a day of skiing. Good water pressure in the shower as well. A few suggestions: Upgrade the TV’s. They were a bit small to watch, and the water pressure in the kitchen was low (not sure if there is a inline filtration system that hindered this). Would definitely stay there again
Great place for our group. The property was just as presented on the site! ( so good to see!) Walk out the door to the ski shuttle and so easy to drive into town. 5 minutes! We so enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.
The layout of these townhomes is great, with a living area upstairs and down. Kitchen in well stocked. All exactly as expected and advertised.
Bus picked us up right around the corner and to the ski hill, great!!

This place is incredible!!! Great for a larger group (8 people). Downstairs is designated for living space and the kitchen and rooms are all up stairs. Would highly recommend this place and will definitely be staying here again when we come back to steamboat.
