For additional skiing opportunities, the Howelsen Hill Ski Area is only 3.5 miles up the road. During the warmer months of the year, enjoy the area's abundance of hiking trails and scenic viewpoints! Popular attractions like Yampa River Botanic Park, Haymaker Golf Course, and Fish Creek Falls are all less than six miles from your stay.

Composed of high ceilings, ski mementos, and modern appliances, the interior of Kutuk 206 is a place of pure peace. Warm your toes in front of the living room's fireplace as you catch up on your favorite TV show or movie. When hunger arises, the full kitchen boasts a full suite of appliances and ample meal prep space.

With personal TVs and soft linens in both the bedrooms and loft, everyone will be satisfied with their sleeping quarters. Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer, internet access, and a scenic balcony.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
