This incredible townhouse boasts an enviable location within walking distance of the gondola at Steamboat Ski Resort and access to wonderful shared amenities including a heated pool, outdoor hot tubs, a fitness center, a steam room, a firepit, and on-site massage services are available to guests. A coffee/tea station in the common area and a business center provide an excellent setup for folks mixing business with pleasure. In the winter, you'll have 18 ski lifts, 169 trails, and 2,965 acres of skiable terrain at your fingertips, including the gladed areas of Pioneer Ridge and Sunshine and Storm Peaks. Use the winter shuttle to reach the slopes or a variety of shopping, dining, and nightlife, or walk to Village Drive to find shops and dining options. When the summer sun is shining, you can take strolls through the Yampa River Botanic Park (two miles northwest) or ride your bike along the famous Yampa River Core Trail, a 7.5-mile, paved path that runs through the heart of Steamboat Springs. Downtown, which is home to the Old Town Hot Springs and fantastic restaurants, is three miles north. You'll also be five miles south of Fish Creek Falls, 10 miles south of Strawberry Park Hot Springs, and 30 miles south of Steamboat Lake State Park.
The home features an impressive chef's kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dining area with a large table, and a comfortable living space furnished with luxe leather seating, vaulted ceilings, and a cozy gas fireplace. Take in the fresh mountain air outside on the deck and fire up the grill for an alpine-inspired barbecue. Boot bins, shoe and helmet racks, and ski/snowboard stands provide plenty of storage for all your winter gear in the garage. Boot, glove, and helmet dryers are also available for your ski gear. Smart TVs are equipped in the living room and each of the bedrooms for flexible entertainment. The primary suite includes an attached bathroom with a large steam shower and heated towel racks.

Ski shuttle details:
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
