Clean. Great Host. Nice location.

Overall very nice place to stay. More storage containers in the kitchen would be nice. The grill is nice but could be much closer to the kitchen door. Lots of space to spread out. the game room downstairs is set up for kids.

Great location. Loved sitting in the back under the gazebo.

This is a great property for a big family. The pool and hot tub are amazing. Big kitchen and a large dining table for all! Highly recommend.

The pictures don’t do it justice! The house is huge & very inviting. Loved the big eating table with everyone, the MB tub is to die for & the pool with the views is just gorgeous.Plan on renting again

The home needed a deep cleaning, the back of the bathroom door on the main level had lots of splatters and some touch up painting was needed. The Basement needed better lighting - pool, hot tub, and all of outside was wonderful. We biked, hiked and shopped to our heart's content. The kitchen was well supplied. The western slope has tons of stuff to do and we had a great time. Thanks for the opportunity.

This home is spacious, comfortable, has great bedding, well stocked, and accommodated our family marvelously. We made many great memories!

The house is awesome...tons of space, games down stairs, views out the back are amazing, quiet neighborhood....we loved it.

This property was great and communication with the owners was excellent. Everything was wonderful. A quiet neighborhood and we met lovely neighbors on our walk. The birds were on fully display especially fun to watch the quail. Lots of hiking trails nearby. Magnificent views. The pool, hot tub and outdoor areas were awesome! I can't say enough great things about the experience.

The house was as described and what we needed for our annual dirt biking trip. The house is clean and well stocked with everyday necessities. The hot tub was great and exactly what we needed after riding all day. Extra parking for dirt bike trailers was a major plus. Will be booking again for next year.

We've stayed at this gorgeous house with friends and family alike over the years. It has never disappointed and offers everything we need for relaxation and tons of fun...right next to the Colorado National Monument! We hope to make many more memories here in the future. Thanks for opportunity!

We chose this place because of the pool. Typically we choose a Vrbo based on a hot tub but this year my daughter has a baby on the way so we wanted to make sure she could relax too. Upon arrival the house was as listed. Entry code was easy to access and we walked into a house with plenty of space and bedrooms for everyone. This was a much needed entry after 16 hours of driving. The layout was a very open concept which we greatly appreciated. The first day the younger kids hopped right into the pool to burn off some energy. The location was ideal for shopping and the view was great. The second day I had a relative come to visit for the day and we grilled out and visited all day. Quiet time starts at 9:00 for the comfort of the neighbors but a little after 8 I get a text telling me that the neighbors are complaining that we are too loud. Let me backtrack and say that nobody was in the pool, we had a speaker playing very light music and there were 5 of us outside talking. I was very shocked to hear that we were disturbing to neighbors and it was still early. The rest of the stay we didn’t dare stay outside too late in fear that we would get complained on again. I would like to note that anyone with light colored hair after being on the pool now has blue/green streaks in their hair. Albeit a great place I think next time we have decided to stay somewhere a little more secluded so we don’t feel like there are eyes on us the entire time we are trying to enjoy our family time.

Everything was perfect. Communication with the owner, Maria, was always spot on. The home is spacious with anything you could want home away from home to making you feel comfortable. It was VERY clean. We have stayed at many rentals and this one ranks at the top of our list. Our temps were 95°+ and the pool was an absolute life saver. It's huge and deep enough to dive (this is rare these days), and clean. We weren't familiar with quail. Loved to see them with ALL their babies and we will miss their chi-ca-do voices. I would highly recommend this VRBO for moments of memory makers.

This is a great house for a large family to spread out. The house is very clean and in a beautiful location. Maria and Dustin were great to work with.
