The space
This house is a vibe, we love the beach and have decorated this to remind us of it!

Hot tub access is year round

Pool access is Memorial Day through Labor Day. This is very weather dependent, so if we get an early spring or fall this may change slightly. The pool is not heated. Feel free to inquire first if you aren't sure :)

Guest access
You will have access to everything except the shed in the backyard and the host closet.

Other things to note
We are located 5 minutes from downtown Anderson, 35 minutes from Clemson, and 45 minutes from Greenville.

We highly recommend getting trip insurance to cover any last minute cancelations.

Pack and play and booster seat on request, please let us know at least the day before check in.

Early Check-in is available for an additional $35. This allows you to check in at least two hours early (depending on availability --1PM or earlier instead of 4PM). You can request once reservation is confirmed.
