This townhouse was just finished in October of 2018. Brand new and very luxurious. People are raving about the upstairs den featuring 2 full over full bunk beds (sleep 8 in one room).
Literally steps out the townhouse is the huge pool with a kids water dome, a slide, 2 hot tubs, and a waterfall. Use the bbq and enjoy 5 Roku TVs

Stayed Sep 19, 2025Loved the rental. Loved the pool and access. It was also clean the neighborhood was quiet and clean. Our only concern was that the TV remotes did not work for the room they were in. They just weren’t labeled so we had to try and find which remote goes to which tv. Also, maybe need to have extra batteries around since they are battery powered and they were very slow with low battery.

Stayed Mar 20, 2025It was good. Had some strange tv malfunctions late at night. Don’t love that the hot tubs can’t see the pool when kids are playing. Beds were comfortable.

Stayed Nov 1, 2024It was a quick weekend for our daughter’s softball tournament. Place was great. I wish they had left more “sand” for the shuffleboard. And I couldn’t get anyone to respond to me with the Roku code so I could download Fubo to sign into my account. But it was a good stay.

Stayed Apr 16, 2024The only thing I had an issue with was a smell coming from laundry machine when I got there, and an only mentioning it in case someone else encounters so you know it is very short lived and goes away. The water took a while to warm up but as soon as I reached out to the host, I got a text back and a plumber shortly after. Even though the water issue resolved on its own, they double checked to be sure when arrived. It’s a quiet but fun area, but we weren’t there for a house party by any means, so I appreciated the serene location. Very family friendly near so many great places. The house was fully stocked with everything you need, literally only worried about our luggage and groceries. Very accommodating rental and will definitely go back, my family loved it.
