Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: So buy a large the house was pretty good, it accommodated our family well, and we enjoyed our week at the beach. That said. We arrive to find a lot of hair in the pool, trash around the property, there was a leak in the ceiling, and when we reported these items it was implied that no one else had noticed these things so perhaps we were making it up. That said a maintenance man was promptly dispatched and he resolved the issues to our satisfaction. What I would say about this house is the house was great the management company left a lot to be desired for a variety of reasons. I feel like they should follow up on their cleaning crew and notice maintenance issues that were clearly there before we arrived as there was evidence of leak and dry and leak and dry in the paint. I would certainly rent this house again but not from the current management company.

Had couple issues made a call and the property management company sent someone right over to handle to issue. Had a group of 18 and it fit our party perfectly. Highly recommend. Lots of stylish modern bathrooms. The pool area provided additional gathering space for family fun time. The only downside was the small dining/gathering area off the main kitchen but since the weather was great during our stay, we just moved to the pool area for this. Overall our stay here was a great experience.

We requested early check in our initial booking however after arriving early we were given the excuse that maintenance hadn't been by to inspect the home before check - well maintenance NEVER came by to inspect the home period so that was extremely frustrating! Overall, it was good just off to a very rocky start.

Initially, our party was 6 couples so we chose this property due to space, but learned upon arrival that it was close to everything we needed. The house was well stocked with appliances, cookware, dinnerware, and beach accessories. If I am ever back in Destin, I would choose this property again.

Group of 10 adult ladies, clean & comfortable beds, plenty of towels which some places don’t provide. Plenty of chairs at the pool and short walk to the beach. Would recommend and would stay there again.

All my mom ever wants for our back to school vacation is all her boys and grandboys on vacation under one roof. This house was technically 2 roofs but we were close enough that it worked. There was ample room for our party of 15 and a baby. There were 2 washers and dryers in the main house. Really close to the beach. They provided a grill and water toys in a storage room under the guest house. We had a blast.

Property was very nice and close proximity to the beach. We enjoyed it because we have stayed in the condos next to the beach access before. The split houses on the property were cool and may be something we utilize in the future if we stay here again. Thanks for having such a nice property and the ease of staying here and booking!

When we had issues with a couple of the appliances, they were addressed promptly!! In particular, Maridell McCarty was so nice and took care of getting us new toasters. She was a gem! Our four teenage grandchildren occupied the guest house which was perfect for them, giving them their own space! We enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

Overall the experience was great… the only thing that was inconvenient was when we arrived at check in house keeping was still there, and was there until 1 hour after check in time.
