House was great

Everyone loved the house and accommodations. Could have used more paper towels, bath tissue dish soap, had to supplement these items. More bath towels would have been nice, or perhaps better distributed. We would have appreciated a recycle trash can. Only real downside was the presence of ants, on every floor, worse in kitchen, on counter. Loved the elevator, a surprise, not in description. But all in all, everyone pleased with the house.

My family stayed for a weekend in this beachfront house. The experience was unbearable. The view, furniture, elevator, even the comfortable mattresses all exceeded my expectations by miles. This is literally a mansion with upscale furniture. I really like the fact that the owner put a lot of thought into making the stay more like home. The kitchen has more than enough utensils, silverware, and dining wares. Next to the pool is a huge plus. Just open the side gate and go to the pool. One feature I really like is the extra apartment above the garage. It provides so much privacy, and one couple and their kids stayed there, and the space is big enough to be comfortable. I highly recommend this house and will absolutely book the same house for our family vacation in Port Aransas.

We had such a great stay at the Emerald! It was such a nice stay for our family and this house is amazing! It really has every amenity you need for a perfect, relaxing beach trip. It was a rainy weekend so we weren’t able to spend as much time on the beach (although we did have a great time using the heated community pool that’s right next door), but the views of the ocean from the living room, kitchen, and dining room are amazing, so even mundane tasks like cooking and cleaning up after dinner are fun with views like that. Plus the kitchen was well-appointed and had everything we needed- this was so much better than many rentals we have stayed at, where you are lucky if you can find a trash bag! There is a great grill on the back porch we loved using as well. One nice thing since our family is so large, is that there are en suite bathrooms for every bedroom, including the bunk room. This allowed all the adults our privacy, and the kids had so much fun playing games and watching tv in the downstairs bunk room. Plus, my parents were able to stay in the little apartment over the garage and they were happy to have some time out of the grandkid chaos. This was such a great Winter Break trip for us, and we will be back soon for sure!

The pictures do not give justice to how this big and luxurious home and amazing view look in real time. This is a brand-new home and community. The house, with a comfortable and modern interior is extremely well appointed with high end furnishings. Attention to detail throughout made our experience unforgettable. From the abundance of towels and toiletries available, well-equipped kitchen stocked with essentials like a coffee machine, Keurig, air fryer and more. The cozy living and dining areas boast new modern furniture, a huge TV, sound system, games, books and more. The bathrooms are clean and luxurious. The decor created a warm and inviting atmosphere and every room had its own unique “charm and the beds are beyond comfortable with clean linens. These are small gestures that truly set this VRBO apart. Balcones galore- Each floor has it’s own large common area balcony facing the ocean as well the individual bedrooms have their own private balcony! Finally, is the Carriage House, resting above the spacious 2 car garage and carport is yet another hide-away in the form of a private studio. Overlooking the community pool, equipped as the description states and oh so well done like the main house! Also, there is a Heated Adult Pool adjacent to the main house which is fabulous in the cooler months. We highly recommend The Emerald for a seaside getaway.
