• For a smooth and secure check-in experience, all guests may be required to complete ID and Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Check-in instructions will be shared once verification is completed. Thank you for helping us ensure a seamless stay!



Pet Friendly:

• Pets are welcome. A maximum of two pets under 60 lbs each is allowed. A pet fee of $49 per pet will be added if pets are included at booking. If pets are not declared during booking, the applicable fee will be charged separately. Please note the booking platform only allows one pet to be selected; if bringing a second pet, the additional fee will be collected after booking.



Additional Services:

• Pool heating is available upon request and is not included in the booking price (heating not available during summer). The fee is $119/ night and must be purchased for the entire stay. Please note the pool can only be heated when the outside temperature is above 60°F, and we require at least 48 hours' notice if you would like to add this service. The pool is serviced every Monday by our maintenance team.

• The pool is for guest use only. Pets are not permitted in the pool.

• Planning a BBQ Your rental comes with a complimentary full tank upon arrival. A propane tank refill is available for a one-time $55 charge. Let us know in advance, and we’ll make sure you’re all set to grill and enjoy!

• We offer mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance.



House Rules:

1. Parties, events and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around our property. 2. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. 3. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Please clean up after yourselves and your pets. A pet fee will apply per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets and no large pets allowed (less than 60lbs) 4. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property. If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.
