Pool Access & Kayaks: Indian Shores Townhome

Very nice place! Comfortable beds & furniture. Short walk to the beach.

Had a great time on beaches with friends.

Plenty of space and 2 minutes walk to the water. Nicely maintained and the bunus of having swimming gear, a wagon ,and kayaks with garage was awesome for the price. Could use a better hot water tank especially for larger families but it was very nice.

Fantastic place, loved how close it was to the beach and that there was a heated pool.

We have two small kids and needed space to spread out, with convenient location to the beach. This is the perfect location - it is a short walk to access the beach (you do need to cross the road). It was great not having to worry about bringing beach gear for the beach - it comes complete with a wagon, 50lb + life jackets, plenty of chairs, toys (we added a few more to the collection). The umbrella was missing, but we did without and there were no issues. We really enjoyed the dock at the end of the driveway - I drank my coffee there every morning, watching dolphins and fish jumping every morning. As for the interior of the townhouse, it was good for our needs. The kitchen had everything that we needed, including filtered water on the door, and an ice machine. The water tasted good, which we were not expecting. 3 bathrooms were really convenient. The staff also left us dishwasher pods, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc - this was appreciated so that we didn't have to worry about providing. We have stayed places and had to buy this all ourselves, which is expensive and wasteful when you are only there for 4 days. We plan to return to the area (we have family in Seminole) and will be back. Our kids really enjoyed it! Thank you for such a nice vacation!

My main reason for booking this place was that it provided two wagons, beach toys, beach chairs, life jackets and an umbrella. We came with three kids and not having to worry about packing/renting those items was huge! The beach is super close which was really nice! There is also an ice cream place within 100 feet that we went to every night. We did rent a vehicle so we drove to most restaurants, but there are some within walking distance. The house was spacious and was perfect for our family of 5! Would definitely recommend!

It was nice to have more space to spread out. There was also a lot to do and great restaurants.

Had all the amenities we needed and wanted. The pool and dock are great, as well as the beach equipment and wagon in garage. Only draw back was the upstairs master bedroom stays too warm.

We love the location. It's a two minute walk to the beach. The house also has wagons, chairs, beach toys, and kayaks. You can access the Intracoastal to kayak. The area is quiet with minimal boat traffic. Communication with the property manager was great. Overall, it was a great place to stay. Highly recommend this property!

We just got back from our stay, the place is cute and cozy and has everything you need. Loved the pool and 5 minute walk to the beach. Take advantage of the trolleys if you don’t have a car so go to different shops restaurants and beaches. Every day was a new adventure! If definitely be staying here again!

Property was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. The area itself was quiet and beach access was very convenient. Bonus that there was a wagon for us to use, and beach and pool toys for our children.

Excellent place located basically across the street from public beach access. Very easily walkable to the beach with nice heated pool access. No great viee from the condo but we didn't care. Would 100% come back!

The condo was exactly as described, clean and comfortable. Easy access to the beach and many other things around. Overall great place to stay and the beds were extremely comfortable!

Property was a 5 minute walk to the beach, had a heated pool, our back deck was a private oasis, kayaks and beach/pool toys were included. Had it all!!

Check in, stay, and check out was very easy. Plenty of room for out family of 5. Short walk to the beach and everything was as expected in the condo. The area is still in the process of rebuilding from the hurricanes, but we enjoyed our stay and would come back to the area and stay again. Restaurants and grocery stores were only a short drive and everyone was friendly.

Wow! This was an awesome rental! Owner thought of everything. Though we drove, it would be a perfect rental for someone flying in. Had everything you need to have a wonderful trip. Even a starter supply of coffee, filters, paper goods, sunblock, laundry detergent, they even had some chip clips! ? Place was clean and comfortable for two moms & 3 kiddos. Plenty of beach chairs, toys, 2 beach carts, fishing poles, kayaks & life jackets, and beach towels. Beds were comfortable, and we loved the very private screen porch. Kids enjoyed the fishing from the dock & swimming in the pool in the evening as well. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Beach was a short 5 min walk.

We had a fabulous time during out stay at this wonderful home. The home was clean and came with everything we needed and more. The fact that we were able to use beach chairs, life jackets, fishing poles, tubes, wagons and kayaks, was icing on the cake! The location is perfect, as the beach is across the street, backwater is on the property and of course the pool was a hit. This was a girl's trip with my mother, sister-in-law and our two tween girls. There was plenty to do for everyone! The complex was nice and quiet yet allowed for families to have fun at the same time. The stairs up to the unit are quite steep, so keep this in mind for hauling groceries and bags. The residents who live at the complex were also so kind and willing to give us all sorts of tips (especially Tom and Nancy). I am dreaming of the day that we will be able to return.
