City of Ozark is between Springfield & Branson. 25 minute drive to most things we needed in Springfield, which is more than prefer but doable. Ozark Mill/Finley Farm is roughly a mile away and a great place to visit (do the tour for the history).

Perfect location for activities in Springfield & Branson, as well as locally. Community pool is excellent, with splash pad & shallow area for non-swimmers.Home was clean & well-appointed in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking for our 3 vehicles.When we arrived, a box of fresh, delicious cookies was waiting for us!

Our family stayed 7 nights, and we're so thankful for a nice, clean place to live while we were in town. The owners thought of so many things to help make guests welcomed and comfortable. We highly recommend this home!

This place is perfect and the hosts are incredibly accomodating and flexible. The beds were comfortable and it truly is the best rental we have ever stayed at in the Springfield/Ozark .

We had to travel for a funeral and this home was centrally located to visit family and take care of the funeral arrangements. The house was very clean and decorated. It great to be able to use the garage since it snowed while we were staying there. If we have to travel to Springfield or the surrounding area, we will definitely rent this house again.

The house was wonderful and met all our needs/wants. Being able to use the garage was great! The owner was easy to communicate with. Location was a good central point for our days in Branson, Springfield, and Willard. We would definitely book this house again!

First of all, the hosts were exceptional. They maintained good contact, let us know that the home was ready for an early arrival and they left us a yummy tray of baked goods. The home itself was centrally located to walks down to the square, walking paths along the river, and shops and restaurants. It was spacious, clean and modern and so quiet, so we all had an easy time getting good sleep. We were there to see family, but this would be a great place to vacation in the area being so close to Springfield and Branson. It was a perfect place to stay.
