Stayed Jul 6, 2023My family and I seamlessly checked into this charming beach town cottage. After we brought all of our belongings into the house, we noticed mouse droppings in multiple rooms in the house including the kitchen, underneath the living room sofas and in the master bedroom. Additionally, there were long strands of human hair on the pillow case in one of the bedrooms. I immediately contacted the owner, whom promptly responded. We decided to cancel the reservation. The owner was very amenable and apologetic and immediately refunded my money. Despite the mouse droppings, I would definitely recommend this owner as he was polite, responsive and understanding. The property itself was as advertised and its a great location, just four blocks from Jenkinsons. I would potentially recommend the property assuming the mouse issue has been resolved.

Stayed Aug 12, 2023The house is clean, modern and very accommodating. Attention to detail was considered when putting this house on the market for the renters. A few kinks to work out as a new listing, but Raj quickly addressed any small issues we had. House is close but not too close to all the action on the Boardwalk and town center, Yard was huge and our Jack Russell loved running and fetching in it. I would definitely recommend this house and I look forward to returning next year.
