PONTOON INCLUDED IN PRICE, GAME ROOM, HOT TUB, SAUNA, ON BIG DETROIT LAKE!

Perfect little place to celebrate my granddaughters 1st birthday!!!

Melissa was very welcoming and helpful. The game room, hot tub, sauna, coffee bar, and fire place were amazing in this cold weather. Also convenient lake access for our ice fishing party!

The host was a very good communicator and responded quickly! Thank you!

This lake home has great views and lots of amenities. We loved the hot tub, sauna, fire pit and patio. The rooms were comfortable. The game garage was super fun on a rainy day! We can not emphasize enough how amazing the hosts are in communication and in making sure we were comfortable!

Flawless lakehouse. Clean, comfortabe, and tons of amenities. If the weather was good, we would be on the lake or by the fire. If the weather was bad we'd be in the game room or watching movies in the livingroom. Melissa was very responsive, but not overbearing. The house rules we clear and concise. The only thing I would change is the number of days spent there. We did three nights in the fall. Now my kids want to do a week in the summer.

Great place for gathering of two couples. Patio was great, view was beautiful of the lake. Location was great for touring around. We didn't use the pontoon, very windy. But had a great time on the troll hunt and a fun visit to Perham.

The home was spotless, well equipped, perfect lakeside location, filled with FUN amenities, etc. Owner communication was exemplary. It was the perfect spot for us boomers & our 30 something kids!!!

We stayed over Laborday weekend and had a great time. House is located close to restaurants and shopping. Private patio with everything you need. Game room was an added bonus!! Having a pontoon boat is what really made it nice!! Defiantly would stay there again.

Great spot!

We absolutely loved the fireplace and the hot tub, they were great for enjoying the cold and snow. The place is decorated perfectly for the holidays. Highly recommend getting a steak dinner at Fireside.

We very enjoyed our stay, five adult womens, house was a great fit for us. Weather didn't cooperate for us to utilize the fantastic outdoor space unfortunately. Location, layout, size were great, property manager was very responsive and engaging. We would love to come back and stay with warm weather in the future.

What a fabulous property!

We had a wonderful time staying at this excellent property. The patio hot tub, outdoor fireplace and house all have great views of the lake. The lakeshore siting area and fire pit are right next to the water. The Pontoon boat was a great extra to tour the lake. Everything worked well and the house was very clean and well decorated.

We had an amazing time at the lake house. Easy access to town or hang at the house. Both are wonderful. The game room is fabulous when it’s rainy, and this place has everything. Would love to come back next yeah!

For our honeymoon, we chose to stay in Detroit Lakes, and as soon as I saw this listing, I knew it was perfect for us. The location in Detroit Lakes is unbeatable, close to everything we needed. The house was ideal: it had more bedrooms (4) than we needed, plenty of bathrooms (4) for each of us, a fully equipped kitchen, an incredibly comfortable giant couch, and a fantastic patio. We spent a lot of time on the patio, which featured a hot tub, two fire pits (one wood, one propane), and plenty of chairs. Evenings were spent watching the lake, and we were delighted to see a family of geese with seven goslings by the water. We also enjoyed taking the pontoon out for a day, which was a wonderful amenity. When I had questions about local recommendations, Melissa responded promptly with great suggestions. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a weekend getaway.
