Pointe of View – Beachfront Beauty w/ 3 King Masters, Huge Bunk Room & Free Beac

The house was amazing and had a great vibe! The host worked with us with getting in and if we needed help!

We had a great time. The views were magnificent and that was mainly what sold us on staying there. The kitchen was well stocked which was great since we stayed there for Thanksgiving. Only thing I would be concerned with is that it only has 1 thermostat on the main level which services 3 floors. 1st floor and 3rd floor were cold. I can't imagine what it would be like in the summer time for those levels. Overall the place was nice. Very convenient to the beach and views. You just walk out right on the beach. Great for small kids for that reason and it has a great bunk room too.The host company was amazing! Any question I had they responded quickly. I also had to call them during our stay for I needed something and it was delivererd in a timely manner.Thank you for the stay!

We loved our stay - the rooms were all spacious and comfortable and the kids did great in the bunk room together. We loved having a full kitchen and the direct access to the beach was a game changer.

We recently spent 5 nights here, and while the location was perfect, the overall experience did not meet expectations for the price point.On the second day we found a cockroach in the silverware drawer. Management did send someone to spray, but we saw another roach the day before leaving. This bothered us to the point that when we returned home, we unpacked outside out of concern about bringing pests back with us.Parking was also a significant headache. Even though our unit was supposed to have three designated parking spots, our neighbors’ five cars routinely blocked us in. While management contacted them once, nothing changed for the rest of our stay. Luckily we only had one vehicle. Several times we had to back hundreds of feet into the street just to get out.The property itself showed clear signs of neglect. One bathroom door was hanging off its frame, the outdoor grill was barely functional (only 1½ burners worked), and the exterior doors were heavily corroded and difficult to operate.We contacted the rental company, RealJoy Vacations, as instructed to give them a chance to address issues before leaving a review. Unfortunately, their response was dismissive — including calling the roaches “pesky palmetto bugs” — and they didn’t offer any meaningful remedy for the problems we experienced.For a property at this price, we expected a higher standard of cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service.

We really enjoyed the house , we had enough room for my family . Everyone had their own space . House was nice and management stayed in contact and made sure we didn’t need anything during our stay .

The house is beautiful and the location is perfect! A little sand was on the floors when we arrived but other than that it was very clean! Doors are a struggle to open/close but we managed. Only 2 tvs worked and the WiFi was hit or miss but we were there to enjoy the beach, not watch tv! The house has everything you need for a nice stay, it even had several baby gates to put up in front of the stairs to keep the littles from taking a tumble! Highly recommend and will definitely book here again!

We had a group of 16 people from toddlers to grandparents. The house is located right on the beach with direct access. It was so nice being able to go back and forth from the beach to the house easily, especially with little kids. The deck options provide beautiful views of the water and sand. Truly, the views are hard to beat here! The parking is fine, we had two rental vehicles with designated parking so no issues. We had palmetto bugs come visit the first couple of nights we were there. I contacted the rental company and they came right away and took care of it. Very easy to contact and work with. You do share half of the house so sometimes we'd be on the deck at the same time as our neighbors. There is a waist high divider. House was clean and in good condition. The chair situation on the beach gets dicey. You get 2 chairs to use, 2 extra chairs are like 300/week. We opted to get camping chairs (& sand toys) from walmart to use and gave them to the neighbors when we left. Not a big deal.Overall, very happy with our stay and would come back! We had a wonderful time! And the location and views were awesome..Overall the rental was as stated but the bathroom shower door would not close completely, there were dirty measuring cups in the drawers and the deck was dirty and looked like something had been spilled all over ..We had a great time and the above are a few items that we just wanted you to be aware of ..

We had two 16 year old girls an 11 year old and five year old. It was amazing and very convenient. Easy to work with group

Our family came here for first time. Weather cooperated for perfect beach time. Stayed 6 days and enjoyed the off season small crowd.

Great location and beautiful views

It was amazing listening to ocean as we went to sleep and woke up! Nothing better then walking down stairs and be in Destin’s beautiful sand! Could use better kitchen supplies but looking out windows and doors make up for it!

The location and layout were perfect for the team retreat we had planned. We were right on the beach and found everything to be relaxing. The property managers were incredibly responsive and checked in on us regularly. We would consider staying here again; we talked about coming with kids, but there were no tubs, so that was our only concern, although I have a feeling the kids would get through it with a smile.

The location is everything you want and more. Great to communicate with team - they were super helpful when we arrived. House was clean and ready for us. Before check in they also reached out and answered a lot of questions. Would for sure book with RealJoy and this house again.

No issues what so ever. Everything was as stated in add. My opinion only is public access adjacent makes for it to be crowded in front of the house. However I knew that going in. Thank you for a wonderful trip for my group who has fished in the rodeo for over 20 years.

You cannot beat this location. It was the perfect venue for us to spend time with our adult children. The five bedrooms with five baths combined with perfect access to the beach makes this an ideal rental.

The house was very clean, access to the beach couldnt have been better, and we were close to everything we wanted to do in the area. Would definitely visit again!

The location has a beautiful beach view and is in a nice area of town! The house has lots of space and great sleeping arrangements to accommodate a multi-family vacation. The property management staff was friendly and easy to contact for assistance. They resolved issues quickly. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay there again!! As others noted, an area for improvement is the parking. Only 3 spaces are available. An idea for improvement would be for the management company to have pre-planned offsite parking arrangements available to guest. One other area I recommend to improve is the beach chair service. It was first come first serve, and even when arriving early, on multiple days, all the other front row chairs were already reserved for others. It would be great if the unit had pre-reserved front row chairs for each day. Other than that, all was great!!
