The absolutely perfect place to stay with our family to celebrate my husbands 65th birthday and our 40th wedding anniversary . Perfect location

We love staying at this house. It has everything we want and is just a short walk to the beach. We especially like all of the improvements that Lynn has made to the property since last year.

Very well stocked home. Decorated nicely and we felt at home. We will definitely book this home again, earlier in the season.

This home is in a wonderful location, right next to the bridge, Sandman Candyland, Sunset Slush, Mermaids, and Dock House seafood. Easy walk to the beach and very close to public beach access. It's a straight shot from the house. The home was updated and really nice. Loved all of the porches. The back of the home was lovely after 2pm, nice ocean breeze and shade. The front of the home faced the Intercoastal waterway and was nice and shady and a little breeze in the morning. I had many coffees there. My family loves Holden Beach, and this rental was perfect for us, and affordable. Thank you, Lynn!

The house was absolutely beautiful.it had enough room for my family. Walking distance to the beach. Loved it.

Perfect spot for us to stay for a beach wedding! Owner was very accommodating….we even asked for an extra night and it wasn’t a problem at all. House is perfect location, super clean, and just as described…will definitely stay at this house again!

Another great stay on Holden Beach. Hurricane Debby also visited with us!! Lynn, POV owner, reached out during the worst of the storm to make sure we were okay and felt safe. Wonderful house and super location. Close to beach and restaurants on the island. We will definitely visit Holden Beach again.

The house was beautiful, well taken care of and very well stocked with anything you'd need. The location was only a 5 minute walk to the beach, and very conveniently located within walking distance to multiple restaurants. We had a blast!
