Nestled in a quiet neighbourhood in Corona del Mar this corner home is a year round oasis for a family looking to relax in Southern California. The location is fantastic: an easy 4 block walk to the beach, village dining, shopping and entertainment. If Disneyland is on the agenda, it is only a 30 minute car ride away. This home features modern stainless steel appliances and chic coastal decor with 2.5 baths and 3 bedrooms.
Enter into a spacious open floor plan comprised of a living room, dining area and kitchen. Each area is arranged with plenty of seating. There is a mounted smart TV, a Sonos sound system and expansive glass doors opening the living area to a large private patio. It is the perfect space for an alfresco barbecue dinner under the patio string lights.
Past the living room, there is a formal dining table with 6 gorgeous leather chairs, and a leaf may be added to accommodate 8 comfortably. There is a printer and a monitor in the dining room cabinets for those working from home.
Off the kitchen, a small patio with sliding doors offers a connection with the neighborhood dog walkers and joggers as you sip your morning coffee. Later in the day, the well equipped kitchen could inspire you to make a simple pasta or assemble a delicious selection of deli tapas for dinner. Family and friends can sit at the sleek countertop bar or coffee table and recap the fun day with you. Off the kitchen is a cute powder room.
Upstairs are three stylish bedrooms, all with modern coastal decor. The master suite features a king bed, flat screen tv, private balcony, walk-in closet, and spacious adjoined bathroom with dual sinks, walk-in shower, and jacuzzi tub.
The second bedroom has a queen bed and opens to a vanity room with dual sinks, shared with the third bedroom. The shower and toilet are also shared off of this vanity room.
The third bedroom is ideal if you are travelling with children, as it is decorated in a surf theme with a twin-sized bunk bed and a pull out trundle. This room has direct access to the shared bathroom.
A twin daybed is located on the third floor to complete the 8 guest sleeping occupancy. On this level, there is also a small desk and monitor which can be used to work from home.
Do you prefer a home day The beautiful and spacious rooftop deck could definitely lure you away from it all with its serene ambiance. The rolling canopy shading is draped over two patio chaises and tropical plants create a lovely spot to read, nap, and view the breathtaking sunsets over the city and ocean.
You have access to one carport parking space and ample street parking is typically available. The home is outfitted with beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach toys and sport balls. Air conditioning is available though the coast usually enjoys more moderate temperatures that tend to drop at night for very pleasant sleeping. Indoor and outdoor fireplaces are not in working order.

We stayed as a family with our 1yr old for 2 weeks over the 4th of July. The house is in a great location, street parking was readily available and the carport spot fit our mid size SUV just fine. This area is very walkable and perfect for families. The house was as advertised and was fully stocked with starter items and all of the furniture was very comfortable. The outdoor patio was also great. Phil, the property manager is amazing! He checked in on us via phone and was available for any questions. We would definitely stay here again.
We had a great experience. Check in and communication was easy, the property was clean and just as advertised online, nice 3 bedroom townhouse in CDM. It is a really nice neighborhood and walking distance to the shops and beach. We would come back.
We were looking for a short vacation in a beach community for ourselves, our adult children and our young grandchildren. This property met all of our needs. The location is great with restaurants, coffee shops and cafes a couple of blocks away, and an enjoyable walk to a beautiful beach area. Everything was very clean and as described. We had everything we needed for a very enjoyable stay. The communication with the manager was very timely and positive.
I rented this home to enjoy a summer vacation as well as celebrate my 40th birthday with family. The home was exactly as listed and the neighborhood extremely quiet with ample parking.
Great property mgmt, exceptional location, 100% clean and very new. Walking to the beach was very pleasant and so many nice restaurants within 10 minutes driving.

We loved this house! Excellent location! We walked everywhere, hiking trail nearby, the most beautiful beach just a few blocks away, great restaurants and coffee! The only drawback is that the bunk beds in one bedroom not really designed for an adult, and we were there with our young adult kids. It would be good to have a bigger bed and maybe a chair in that third bedroom. The living space downstairs was great though-we loved the patio, plenty of seating in the living room, great dining table, and wonderful kitchen. Property manager responded really quickly to our questions. We will definitely be back!
Everything was identical to the description and the photos were an accurate representation of the home. Everything was in working order and the home was impeccably cleaned before our arrival. This part of CDM is walking distance to beautiful beaches, plenty of restaurants and shops, and a short drive to anything in Newport Beach. We had a few questions on day one regarding operations, and the property manager responded within a few minutes. They even checked in to make sure everything was going well. We will definitely try to get this house again when we return to CDM
