The property was absolutely spotless and had an excellent view of Cape Cod Bay. The owners Mike and Judy couldn’t be more helpful and welcoming to us. It was a spectacular getaway spot.

The property was amazing! Beautiful view and great hosts. There was a complimentary bottle of wine, coffee, tea and even creamer :) We planning on coming back in the summer. It's January now, so we would like to see in the summer. I highly recommend staying here, you will be super satisfied!!

Such a nice property! Large windows that look out to the ocean and made the space nice and bright. A beautiful set up outside to sit out by the fire or relax with a cup of coffee. The place was well stocked- above and beyond!

Such a spotless, quiet retreat with a lovely view and lovely hosts. We even enjoyed a whale sighting! You definitely need a car to get to the center of town, but great lobster rolls at the Marshland restaurant.

Very impressive place, the view is overwhelming. The property manager Judy was very helpful, she had an answer for every question I had. She goes over the top with hospitality. Would rebook in the future.

We came to this home because of the view mostly. Enjoyed our morning coffee looking at the water. It is a perfect place to stay for two people who want tranquility and relaxation. The large studio was perfect, clean, comfortable and everything we needed was available to us. The owner’s were always quick to respond to anything. We would definitely rent again!

The location provides excellent access to local points of interest such as The Plimoth/Pautuxet Museum.A great place to stay!

What a great view to sit and relax. The place was very clean and comfortable. The hosts thought of everything. If they didn’t have it you didn’t need it.

Super cute oversized suite on a bluff. Very nicely decorated. Owners provided lots of possible bath needs/wants. Bath towels were numerous and great quality Keurig pods were provided. Lovely linen spray made the site smell wonderful. There was a number of brochures for local attractions.bWe look forward to returning, but will do that when it's a bit warmer:)

My stay here was just what I needed. The rooms were perfect, inviting, relaxed, clean, and there wasn’t anything that wasn’t thought of. Well appointed. The deck and yard was perfect also. I could have sat out there all day just watching the waves. I loved the fire pit also. I came home relaxed, but wanting to stay longer.

This stay was fantastic! The hosts give you everything you could possibly need and then you also have a beautiful view of the ocean. You can hear the waves from inside the room! It was very clean and comfortable while also being in a great location. The hosts were both helpful and kind. Highly recommended!

This beautiful property offered us a quiet retreat. The hosts have created a welcoming place that includes all the essentials, plus a few special touches that make you feel pampered. And the ocean view is spectacular. Wish we could have stayed longer!

We had a great stay in Sept 2025. The owners live upstairs, and are helpful when needed, and otherwise we did not see them. The deck and grass have a beautiful view of Cape Cod Bay, with comfortable seating. Inside was very comfortable, with everything we needed. We had breakfast there (the unit has a Keurig coffee maker), but went out for lunch and dinner. We used the VRBO as a base to drive out Cape Cod one day, and see all the historical stuff in Plymouth the other 2 days, which was great!

Beautiful grounds, spacious accommodations, good location, nice outdoor facilities, bit noisy from owners/ occupants above, disappointing no access to any beach time, water views and sunrises beautiful, a bit basement y feeling , over all worth the money! This suite is a wonderful place where you will be able to step right outside and watch the sunrise over beautiful Cape Cod Bay! It was the perfect accommodations for our mother-daughter trip. The hosts were very helpful and prompt in their communication. We used this suite as our base for many day trips to places on the Cape. It was a beautiful and comfortable place to come back to each night!

This is a beautiful suite, very well equipped, comfortable and a terrific location overlooking the Cape. We enjoyed the adirondack chairs and the comfy porch furniture outside. No kitchen, but a nice kitchenette. Hosts are friendly and super responsive.Hope we can go back someday!

The photographs on the VRBO site do not really do this property justice - it is so much better in person! The communication with the owners was excellent. There were some lovely touches, like a nice bottle of chilled wine to greet us. Would definitely recommend this property. Wish we could have stayed longer than the one night.

Very neat and clean with plenty of space for a couple to just hang out and relax and enjoy the outdoor space. Especially enjoyed the fire pit off of the deck and the comfortable outdoor seating overlooking the ocean.

Bought a weekend stay as a quick and close getaway from the monotony of northern Middlesex County. The pictures in the profile were lovely and enticing but we were not ready for just how magical a place this is in person. The hosts are second to none. So gracious, generous, and clearly care deeply about their guests. Everything is arranged with comfort in mind and the view from the back yard is nothing shy of spectacular. The location itself is idyllic and a short but pleasant drive from a wide variety of attractions. We were hit with some pretty intense rain but I couldn’t think of a better place to return to after being drenched to the bone. Don’t think twice about booking a stay here. If you’re interested in exploring the natural treasure that is the Mile Standish state forest, the historic Plymouth harbor, or even just looking for a base camp to get out and experience the world class food scene Plymouth has to offer… look no further.

Hosts were beyond nice and accommodating! If you have a chance to book their house, don’t hesitate!

Very nice place to stay. Clean easy access to everything..Being seniors we were looking for a place to just relax and this fit the bill.The owners went out of their way to accommodate us with any questions we had.

This was a mother/daughter trip with my 23 year old daughter. We stayed two nights and wish we could have stayed longer but we were headed to Newport, RI after this stay. This place was perfect….we watched the sunrise from our twin beds and built a fire at night and watched the moon over the water while enjoying the complimentary bottle of wine left by Judy and Michael. We are runners and did a morning run through the neighborhood. The complimentary snacks they provided were welcomed and eaten quickly! This is a lovely place and I would definitely stay here again. The hosts responded quickly to questions. It exceeded my expectations.

We were absolutely more than happy with our stay at this vrbo. It exceeded our expectations in every way! From the moment we walked in we felt relaxed and at home! They host and hostess literally thought of every detail to make us feel welcome and comfortable! Our only regret?? That we didn’t stay longer! Stay here! You will love it!

This location is ideal for a home base to venture to sites at Plymouth, Boston, National Seashore, etc. It’s a comfy room with many amenities. The downside is that there is limited cooking (only microwave and grill), and it’s the bottom floor of the owner’s home, so you do hear their walking and some talking.

Really enjoyed the location of the property. We did couple of day trips which we ok. Golf was good at the squirrel, Providence town was average and the high-line to Nantucket proved to be rather costly when we got there. All in all it was a good trip.

This property is even more special than the photographs! That doesn’t happen very often on VRBO. Beautiful, well appointed space with plenty of room and an incredible view! The details make it exceptional as well. The view is outstanding and the communication was prompt and thoughtful. Would love to stay longer. Thank you!!
