Stayed Sep 20, 2025This property is in a great location, clean and well decorated, and very comfortable! The metal spiral staircase took some getting used to, but didn’t cause any problems! I love that we were able to walk to the football game, and old town, with no problems! Will definitely be looking to do this again next year for our annual football trip…

Stayed Aug 18, 2025Great property for our family to drop our son off at CSU. Walking distance to the college, old town and all that it provides. Property was clean, well set up and had all the amenities you would need. Check in / out was simple. Great stay and we will use it again over the next 4 years.

Stayed Jul 22, 2025Family get together for an event at Colorado State University's Canvas Stadium. The home is located within walking distance of the campus/stadium, many restaurants, and downtown shopping. Very comfortable and clean with a beautiful remodeled kitchen and bathroom. Both bedrooms have comfortable beds and AC for a great night sleep. Would highly recommend for your next adventure to wonderful Fort Collins!
