It is a private residence with 2 decks, in ground pool and will sleep up to 10 people with Secured Boat Parking. It is also only 4 miles from downtown Anderson. We have plenty of games, foosball table, board games and pool toys with several tables and chairs sets and a couple sunloungers. Lower deck has a covered Gazebo on with L sectional with cushions plenty of deck chairs and folding chairs. On upper Deck, includes table with 4 swivel chairs with cushions and 9 foot folding and tilt market

Stayed Jul 4, 2024Denise was super nice from the very beginning and even provided us with ample snacks that lasted all 4 days we stayed. The place was perfect for our guys trip and easily housed all 9 of us. Overall there was plenty to do at the house and within short distance. Great trip.

Stayed Jun 16, 2024This was the ideal spot for my family and coach to participate in the HS Fishing Nationals on Hartwell. There is plenty of parking room for boats with plugins and camera security, 5 minutes from the landing with a 24-hour gas station on the way, and the owner provides a fully stocked pantry and sandwich fixings to get you on the water the first day without the need to hit the grocery store! I highly recommend this place for anyone on a fishing trip in the area!

Stayed Apr 29, 2023Best location on Hartwell for tournament fishermen everything needed including Green Pond ramp all within 5 minutes. Could not ask for a better host. Very knowledgeable about tournament fishermans needs.
