About this rental
We have a large camper setup next to our home on our waterfront lot on beautiful Lake Hartwell. We allow the use of our patio and grill which face the lake. Also have a fire pit on the patio. Enjoy swimming, boating and watersports. We have a dock you can tie up to if you bring a boat or rent a tritoon from from us.

My son had a college bass fishing tournament & we stayed here for almost a week & it was great! It was very clean & in a very nice & safe neighborhood. Absolutely would stay here again. Thanks Jeffrey!

Jeff and Theresa are wonderful. Readily available to answer our questions and the trailer was nice & clean. We were a group of 5 an felt the trailer housed all of us nicely. Jeff even had an ATV that he used to help us carry our coolers etc from trailer to lake. Thanks so much, we had a nice time. *hard to tell from pictures & worth mentioning- the trailer is in Jeff’s & Theresa’s front yard and it’s a little downhill hike to the lake. For those without limitations, no big deal yet I have Parkinson’s and fell a couple times on the rocky path… ouch!!, which ended up cutting our trip a bit short.

We pre fished and fish a tournament out of green pond which is 5 minutes from camper for 6 days. Everything was close for us. Tackle store,gas,groceries,etc. I would stay there again. Good location
