The summers in Prescott offer endless blue skies with temps averaging in the mid 70’s to 90’s; art festivals downtown on most weekends, farmers market, antiquing, plenty of outdoor seating at the many local bars/restaurants, & many other options we have listed within our calendar of community events/activities (included with your stay).
Spring & Autumn maintain our famous blue skies with temps averaging 50’s to 70’s; flowers blooming or tree colors changing, there is no time in Prescott where you won’t fall in love with what we have to offer.
Our winters have earned us the name “Arizona’s Christmas City”, with our mild 40’s to 60’s averages (yes, still with blue skies) punctuated with occasional snow fall (which never sticks around longer than a few days) & cooler nights. Our downtown activities remain through the season with the highlights of our Court House Lighting where our downtown comes to life beneath festive Christmas lights, & Acker Night where musicians & carolers greet you at most store fronts, & hot cider, coco or toddies warms you in-between.
Pleasant Street Cottages are great for long or short term guests, for those searching for their new home (owners are local realtors happy to help), for outdoor enthusiasts, for foodies & anyone else looking to get away from the hustle bustle of real life.
Feel the comforts of your home away from home & soak up all Prescott has to offer.

It was great
I stayed in the cottage near the back of the property. It is a 2 bedroom, one bath. The master bed was very comfortable. The bath is large and includes a washer and dryer. It has a front porch and yard area to sit and relax. It is an easy walk to downtown. The owners are very nice. The cottage has everything that you would need for a short or long stay.
There are 2 units and we stayed in the back unit which was Immaculate and well maintained. It has an off street parking spot as well as a small fenced yard. Comfortable king-size bed in main bedroom with twin bed in second room. Small but well equipped kitchen perfect for making meals at home. Easy walk to the downtown and courthouse square with plenty of restaurants and shops to explore. Good internet and satellite TV. Many shopping options close by including Sprouts, Trader Joe´s, Costco, Target and major Supermarkets. Ideal for a couple or a small family. The owner is very responsive. Lots of good hiking and biking close by. We liked it so much we will be going back to stay there again.
My husband and I have stayed in both Pleasant Street cottages. We found them to be charming, spotlessly clean, nicely decorated, well equipped with everything you could need, conveniently located and a very, very comfortable place to come back to after a day of exploring all Prescott and the surrounding areas have to offer. Stay a week or stay a month, you won't find a better deal! Gail & Bud Kansas
My husband and I, who are retired, stayed at one of the cottages on Pleasant Street from October, 2016 to early January of 2017. What fun! The cottage was just right for us; clean, comfortable, and within walking distance of the busy Prescott Square. Restaurants, museums and shops are readily available. There are always activities to go to and the town is extremely pet friendly. The holiday season was truly a joy with the neighborhoods and town decorated to the hilt! Cyndi was so accommodating and friendly. When we mentioned we couldn't get the existing DVD to work, she replaced it with a new one the next day. We would recommend this cottage and town with its lovely old homes and energetic people to anyone looking for a convenient and well-maintained property.
We had a pleasant stay at this quaint cottage on Pleasant street! We arrived in the evening and it was very welcoming to have lights and the heat on to welcome us. The size was perfect for our family of 2 adults, 2 kids and 2 small dogs! Very close to downtown Prescott! Clean and cozy for a very reasonable price! Would stay here again if in the area!
Our visit started rather ominously. We entered and found a note saying that the water heater was broken and would be repaired in the morning. And it was. In fact, it was replaced. So we were good to go. We met Cyndi (the owner) several times during our monthlong visit. She is a very friendly lady and we enjoyed getting to know her. The house is delightful, though having the idiosyncrasies associated with a place about 100 years old. We were pleased to have air conditioning since some days were very warm for Prescott. However, we still enjoyed sitting out on the porch in the afternoon and evenings. The cottage is only two blocks from a small shopping center with a grocery store, Walgreens and Starbucks and only six blocks from Whiskey Row. There are many good restaurants in the area. Overall, it is a delightful place in a great location and we definitely plan to stay here again.
Very nice, very clean. Within walking distance of historic area and grocery store. Very quiet and charming. Would definitely stay again.
We stayed in the Front cottage on Dec 6, 7 2013. It was a wonderful stay. They cottage is very well maintained and very clean. The place is very charming. I would highly recommend staying here.
This cottage (2 Bedroom) was the perfect size for 3-4 adults. The owners were very flexible with our check-in and check-out time. The Cottage is in walking distance (5-10 minutes) from many places to eat and pubs with live music. The Raven had several gluten free options and a good happy hour. Also, Bill’s Pizza has good gluten free pizza crust. This cottage was just what we needed at a good price. We would definitely stay here again.
