Stayed Jun 7, 2025This was a beautiful home with ample space for our entire family. The kitchen was well stocked and the dining room was spacious. Everyone was able to have their own bathroom, which allowed for privacy. The porch and yard were especially lovely and the location couldn’t be better- perfect walking distance from Bearskin Neck and the Headlands! We hope to be back next year.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, great house with a yard for the kids and very walkable to Rockport. Only issue we had was being able to contact a local rep for the property as we had some questions when we first arrived and struggled to get a response. Once we did connect, they were very helpful with us. Would definitely come back!

The nice yard and screened in porches are a big plus. And the location – a short walk to downtown Rockport - is great.

Reviewer Comments: The property was as described and as the pictures show with a good lay-out for a combination of two-three couples/families. However, two of the three queen beds were actually doubles. The kitchen is well stocked. There is no outdoor eating area (disappointing) but there is a large grill. The screen porches are lovely. Easy walk to town and to local beaches.
