Ocean views just steps to Back Beach, Front Beach, and downtown Rockport

We really enjoyed the beautiful property. Great views, quiet street, short stroll to town. All the amenities necessary for a stay were provided. Great hosts! We will stay again.

This was an amazing and historic property in a town that we instantly fell in love with. Great house for families and couples alike. It was the best stay in our trip up the coast.

This is a really lovely home in a great location! Easy to walk into town for coffee and dinner. The outdoor patio is a great space for lunch/hanging out.

Celebrated our group of friends 60th birthdays. Amazing views from both decks. Quick walk to 2 beaches and downtown for meals/shopping. House had all the essentials and many things you may not know you need. Would definitely stay again!!

Nice neighborhood. Great location - within walking distance to town. Loved sitting on the roof patio and enjoying the beautiful view. Kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. Definitely recommend!!

This property is special every respect. Fabulous views of the bay in a perfect New England home with period furniture and a squeaky clean environment full of charm and a short walking distance to everything RockPort has to offer. It has comfortable beds and two separate living rooms with overstuffed furniture way to comfortable to read your favorite book trying not to fall asleep. The kitchen and dining room have every implement you need to enjoy cooking at home. We will return.

Wonderful house in great location to beach and Rockport shopping. Both decks had great views of the ocean. The house was spacious and comfortable and very clean. The Host and his caretaker were both very responsive to any questions. Very friendly neighborhood. Loved the access to both Front and Back beach.Will definitely plan to come back next year!

We had an amazing week at this property. The house was clean and we had plenty of room for our party of 6. We were close to the beach, downtown, and great food places. Mike was great to communicate with. 10 out of 10 stars!

Great house with excellent view and very well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Stairs to upstairs bedrooms are steep, just to be clear. No AC in main living areas except for one tv room. All bedrooms have window ac units. Great place!

Our first time in Rockport together exceeded all of our expectations! The property was so close to town that we could walk to Bearskin Neck where we could shop, eat, and enjoy the natural beauty of the ocean along the way. The house was fully supplied with all the comforts of home and even had a gas grill, which we ended up not using...this trip anyway. The house was beautifully decorated and comfortable for our group of six. Our only regret was that it was too short of a vacation. It was easy to create fond memories with lots of laughter in this beautiful home. Mike was an exceptional host!

We had a wonderful time at this property. The interior is amazing from the large eat in kitchen with beautiful countertops and a huge amount of drawers and cupboards stocked with everything. The house has many areas for gathering and beautiful decks on each level with water views. Also, only a ten minute walk to downtown Rockport. We intend to come again.

The house was perfect for our family! Loved the top deck looking out at the view! Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable!

Frescos, down the street will miss us…I’ll bet we ate 4 meals there and walked down for ice cream most every night!

This was our 2nd year at the rental. Love the location and house. I could sit for hours on either deck looking out at the ocean. So relaxing ! House is exactly as described. Mike is assessable and very helpful!

The location of this property was terrific with great views of Back Beach in Rockport MA from the 2 outside decks and the kitchen window. The kitchen was up-to-date and easy for food preparation. Two nice places to eat: breakfast nook and dining table. Great driveway that can accommodate 3 cars. Two comfortable sitting rooms and 3 bedrooms. Pleasant neighbors in close nearby houses. An easy walk through Rockport downtown. Two blocks from both front and back beaches. Outdoor shower. Good water pressure in the bathrooms. Lots of bedding and house and beach towels. Highly responsive property manager!

We are so happy that we had the opportunity to stay in this lovely home in charming Rockport. The property is in a great location. We walked to shops, restaurants and the beach. The view of the water from the deck is spectacular! The home was very clean and provided everything that we needed for our stay. The neighborhood is quiet. The layout is great and offered various useful spaces. We really appreciated the ample parking. We would definitely consider renting this beautiful property in the future. Many thanks!
