Nestled in the heart of the Landes forest, many walking trails surround the property and allow you to discover the flora and fauna of the Landes in complete tranquility. All interior comfort, large shaded wooden terraces will allow you to enjoy the outdoors during the day or in the evening. Very quiet area. Five minutes from the village of LINXE with shops including a small Leclerc supermarket. Large choice of nearby activities.

This is a new property set in spacious grounds in the middle of the pines, fully equipped with the latest version of every kitchen appliance and electrical device you could think of. 20 minutes by car to the nearest beach and 5 minutes in the car to the village of Linxe, with a Leclerc supermarket and excellent boulangerie. An excellent base for exploring the area by car or bike, or for long walks. Very quiet, very comfortable and the perfect place to stay if you love forest and tranquility and want a bit of luxury thrown in!
