The pictures of the property were 100% accurate of the property! Alex the property manager did an excellent job of communicating with us! It was perfect for our family of 12! Being able to cook some of our own meals was made very easy due to the kitchen being stocked! When we went to the beach, we asked for Beach chairs and Alex delivered them to the house within an hour! The propane tank ran out a few times and after sending a msg to Alex, he had it refilled when we were out during the day, ready for the evening! ( he did this 3 times for us)! Grocery store at the bottom of the hill had most items we needed. Views and sunsets are breathtaking! Less than 5 min drive to beaches and restaurants! 100% recommend this house!!

The house is amazing, the views even better, the service of the management company is incredible!!! Pictures don’t do justice! We were two families and had an amazing experience. Our concierge helped us schedule an incredible tour to Rincon de la Vieja Volcano and recommended amazing restaurants! We can’t say enough! Highly recommend this property!

We just returned from an incredible family trip to Playa Hermosa, and staying at this stunning ocean-view home made it absolutely perfect. The house is beautifully renovated, spacious, and thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and adventure. With 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, it comfortably accommodated our group of 7.The gated community of Hermosa Heights felt safe and peaceful, and the home itself was spotless and well-maintained. Every detail, from the comfy beds to the stocked bathrooms, made us feel right at home.

Pictures do not do this house justice. The views are stunning. The house is super clean and equipped with everything you need. Alex, the house manager is amazing! He is super attentive and quickly answered any questions we had. I highly recommend staying in this home. We will be back for sure!

This house is absolutely beautiful! Our group consisted of 3 adults and 3 children who were all thrilled with our stay. The views are unbelievable and every room in the house takes advantage of that. The pool area is wonderful and we spent most of our time out there. Beds are really comfortable and the whole place was well-stocked and clean. The property managers were helpful and responsive to requests for recommendations. A few notes that may be helpful to others: 1) There is a mini-golf course and a community pool (with water slides) that can be accessed. Our kids enjoyed both. 2) Yes, the road leading up to the house is quite steep but we didn't have any trouble with a 4WD vehicle. 3) There are some windows in the bedrooms that are not covered, so they get quite bright early in the morning. Just something to be aware of if you are not a morning person. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had our family of 6 stay for a week. The house was amazing! Amazing views, clean, pool was nice. The outside area was our favorite! I definitely recommend renting a car. The hill was steep! Alex from Zindis was amazing to work with. The gated property was a plus for us to feel safe. The house was nice inside! We never wanted to leave! 10/10 recommend .

This home has amazing views of the ocean from every room. Our family enjoyed the pool and hot tub daily. The location of this home is great, close to the local grocery store. Alex the House Manager was amazing he answered all our questions very quickly. Javier arranged transportation for some of our guests and was very helpful and attentive. The kitchen had everything you would need to prepare home cooked meals including the BBQ. We had the chef Andrey and his wife prepare a meal for our family and the food was absolutely delicious. Thank you to all that made this family vacation one of our best trips ever. We will be back we love Costa Rica and the people.

This was an amazing property! The property AND views were spectacular. The kitchen was perfect for cooking for 8 as was the family table. There was plenty of outside seating to relax. We used the fire pit almost every night to make S’mores! India’s team was soooo welcoming and ready to assist us with group activities within minutes!! So glad we could lean on them for accurate recommendations. We ordered groceries to be sent before we arrived which was perfect to have after a long day of travel. Our only minor issue was that the pool was too chilly for our tastes 78degrees) and thought the hot tub was actuslly a hot tub- but it wasn’t. Otherwise- wonderful get away for our family!!

The views were stunning! The home was perfectly situated for the five of us and offered a wonderful respite after a day of adventuring.

This home exceeded all expectations. The rooms were incredibly spacious, and the outdoor amenities offered a peaceful and therapeutic experience. The bed in the master bedroom was exceptionally comfortable and cozy. The property was well-maintained and spotless, and the staff provided excellent customer service.
