Sofas, really need to be cleaned, really didn’t want to sit on them! Kitchen has 5 spoons and we had a group of 12.. totally unacceptable for the rental price. No blender.. finally just went out and bought one! I thought we had a private beach in front of house! You don’t unless you set up at 7 am! But God gave us fantastic weather

Great house on the gulf….location A, floor plan A, views A. House was clean and nice. The bad is that the Air Conditioning went out on the main floor (family room, kitchen, dining, and one bedroom. Was out for a day and a half. Portable unit brought in, but the bedroom was miserably hot. HVAC showed up Monday and fixed in 5 minutes, maintenance was working on the wrong air handling unit. Beyond Blue Vacations said the manager would contact us on Tuesday about an adjustment, but he never did. The left the portable unit sitting in the family room for the rest of our stay.In summary….house is great……Beyond Blue Vacations service was very disappointing.

Beautiful home with spacious rooms. The location on a quiet street and on the point is peaceful. Wonderful views ,private neighborhood. The management company was so helpful with anything that was needed at the house. I called about dull knives and the old can opener ,they came over with new knife set and can opener. I’ve never had that happen before. Amazing !we will come back !

The location is simply wonderful. The beach views were just amazing. The house itself was very clean. I was disappointed in the couch, which was white and unclean and the dry clean only pillows, which were worse for where. After I covered the couch with a clean blanket, we had a wonderful time.

Views are amazing, get both sunrise and sunsets. Lots of Dolphins and sea life. Beaches and ocean are clean in winter.

The view is amazing, you can watch the boats come thru the pass each morning from a totally unobstructed view. Only a few steps to the beach and close to stores for shopping. You literally cross Hwy 98 at the red light and you can shop for food while avoiding all of the traffic on Hwy 98. Also the best restaurant, Louisiana Lagniappe, is on Holiday Isle so no need to fight the traffic. There is also a mexican restaurant and sandwich shop on Holiday Isle so again no need to fight the traffic. All of the beds were comfy and the outdoor furniture was very nice and comfortable. We have stayed in this house three times and I would not hesitate to book it again.

Good morning.. We have enjoyed our stay at this property and have departed for home ? We are a family of 8 this trip. 5 adult's, 3 children ages, 8, 15, 16. My only negative reviews are that they don't provide beach towels, wifi is spotty and the stairs are open so it was hazardous for young children. Would not recommend to families with toddlers.
