From its elevated north facing position in prestigious Jack’s Point this home boasts an absolutely stunning outlook overlooking thegreenways of Jack’s Point Golf Course, Lake Tewa, and the surrounding mountains including Cecil Peak, Ben Lomond and Coronet Peak ski field, along with The Remarkables as a dramatic backdrop.

LOCATION:
Jack`s Point is an upmarket Queenstown resort and residential neighbourhood with a true holiday vibe. Boasting all day sunshine in a peaceful alpine setting, while just 8.5 km from the international Queenstown airport. The Frankton shops, supermarkets and restaurants are a ten-minute drive away, and central Queenstown is a mere 20 minutes away. Winter guests will appreciate the proximity to the Remarkables Ski Field access road, just minutes from Jack’s Point; be first to the carpark and get some fresh tracks in!

STYLE:
This single-level home has been furnished with comfort in mind. Featuring schist and timber design details, along with thoughtfully selected artwork, the space seamlessly blends with the alpine vibe and complements the natural surroundings, offering a luxurious yet homely feel.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:
With five bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, there is plenty of space for families and groups of friends to spread out. The master bedroom features an ensuite with a shower, walk-in wardrobe, and sliding doors leading to the main outdoor patio with stunning mountain views. Bedrooms 2, 3, 4 and 5 offer garden views, premium linens, heated and cooled by ducted system. There is a shared bathroom with a tiled shower and bathtub, as well as a separate toilet for guest convenience.

LIVING SPACES:
The main living room is open plan, bright and spacious with sliding doors connecting to the main outdoor patio and flat lawn. Relax on the oversized corner sofa and admire the beauty of the landscapes whilst sipping a glass of something special. A second, separate media room features a strikingly crafted schist gas fireplace, another oversized corner sofa, and a Smart TV. This space can be closed off from the main living area with a barn-style sliding door.

The sunny entertaining area flows nicely from the main living room. There is a Weber BBQ and an alfresco dining setting with large umbrella to enjoy the stunning mountain outlook from a shaded peaceful spot surrounded by mature gardens. The centrepiece though is the stunning schist gas fireplace, which winter guests will love after a day on the slopes.

KITCHEN & DINING:
Designed with entertaining in mind the stylish kitchen features a spacious butler’s pantry, large island bench and breakfast bar seating. There is a Nespresso coffee machine for your daily fix (pods supplied), and a plethora of other handy appliances including a slow cooker and food processor. The adjacent dining table comfortably seats eight for meals shared at home.

THE GREAT OUTDOORS:
This home has a large flat lawn for kids to get outside and have a run around and play. To really make the most of the outdoor living, we can arrange a hired spa pool to relax those muscles after a day exploring. (Please note: There is no spa pool on-site, this would need to be hired separately, charges apply. Contact us for pricing and availability).

There are a plethora of nearby hiking and biking trails, an award winning 18-hole golf course, tennis courts and a local playground – the outdoor adventures and activities are at your doorstep. Alternatively, relax and indulge at the Jack’s Point Clubhouse for a coffee and cake, local wine, or scrumptious meal.

OTHER PRACTICALITIES:
The home has a ducted heating / air conditioning system, providing year-round comfort. Pioneer at Jack`s Point has full laundry facilities, and garage space for ski and sporting equipment. Please note that the garage is not available for parking, but there is off-street parking space on the driveway.

RATE, INCLUSIONS & MINIMUM STAYS:
Rates are inclusive of 15% GST, premium linen and for a maximum of 8 guests. A departure clean fee of NZ$400 applies. Bookings of 8 nights or more receive a mid-stay service clean. Minimum 4-night stay year-round, and 5-7 nights during peak periods.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- Guest(s) making a booking must be over 25 years of age. Any guests under 25 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of their stay.

- Pioneer is a residential dwelling and no parties or events are to be held.

- Please be mindful that the property is located in a residential area and be courteous to your neighbours. As per Resource Consent with council, quiet hours are to be observed between 10pm and 7am.

- We are required to take a security bond pre-authorisation hold in addition to the total booking price. (n/a to Airbnb bookings).

- A standard exit clean is included with your booking; however, you are expected to leave the property in a satisfactory state (clear and tidy). Charges may apply for loss of keys, excessive rubbish, sorting contaminated rubbish/recycling, excessive cleaning or damage to the property for example.

- Charges may also apply for travel costs and management/staff time if for example, having to make a dump run, coordination of tradesman/repairs, additional property visits, shop for replacements, and so forth.
