Stayed Jul 31, 2025The house we rented was even more comfortable and beautiful than we had hoped. The Lakeside/Pinetop area (not to mention the forest lands surroundings these communities) never fails to impress.

Stayed Feb 15, 2025I really liked the interior of the house. It is very modern, clean and well layed out. It is by far the best house I stayed in Pinetop, in terms of the interior. However, there were two significant negatives. First, the checkin process is very unclear. The owner got very upset that I got there at around 3PM, which is 1 hour prior to the stated checkin time. I have been in Pinetop at least 10 times and I always get there a bit early and I never had an issue. I understand that they have very strict rules, but you don't have to get so upset and get me worked up right at the beginning of the stay, especially when your check in time is so late in the day. The other significant issue is the location. While it is at the end of a very private drive, if you want to go out for a walk or with the bikes, you can't really, at least not in an enjoyable way. Per the rules, you cannot get off the driveway on someone else's property. Once you are out of the drive you are basically in a semi-commercial area. And since you are not allowed to leave the small lot the house is on, you don't get to enjoy the surroundings much. You have to drive somewhere else to do that.

Stayed Jul 24, 2024This is such a great house! It’s in a great location, it’s so clean, one of the best well equipped homes I’ve ever stayed in, the communication was fantastic. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Pinetop. It’s the perfect getaway for a large group!

Stayed Jul 2, 2023The house was beautiful and well maintained. We loved the open concept, outdoor kitchen and hot tub. The whole house fan kept the house cool during the extreme temperatures, which was greatly appreciated! We hope to return next year.
