Stayed Sep 10, 2022Dirty, unsafe [black mold], poor set-up [3 bedrooms share 1 bath], bedrooms so small unable to open closet door, kitchen drawers fall out, lamp over dr table very dangerous, doors filthy, toilet fails to flush, stairs up to unit unsafe, filthy intake filter and screen for AC, electrical outlets in baths and kitchen without GFI, missing lightbulbs throughout, bushes overgrown blocking view of ocean, upstairs shower door fell off, all furniture not fit for donation.

Stayed Jul 30, 2022Great location. Could use some upgrades. The kitchen drawers are falling apart. Would be nice to have ceiling fans in rooms and tvs in rooms. Beware that you can definitely hear your neighbors! Shelling was great hear and plenty of beach front space. Property manager was very responsive. The outside hose was split and all it took was a quick email and it was replaced. Comfy beds! Great place to spend a week with family.
