Nice and clean house

Beautiful house and a perfect location for a Whiteface ski trip

House and amenities were as advertised, very cozy, we have a very pleasant time…ski resort is minutes away

Spent Christmas and had a great time! Beautiful houses, great communication with owner. Beds were very comfortable and only 5 minutes from White Face.

Nice house, good for families.

The kitchen was well stocked and the house was great! We had a nice time hiking to the Flume Falls, going in the hot tub, and having outdoor fires.

Pine Ridge is an excellent property with a prime location close to Whiteface. We will definitely be back. Plenty of thoughtful details all around the house.A complete kitchen with anything possibly needed, plenty of common spaces to relax and a games room with lots of options.Excellent.

Beautiful and cozy home and environment. Early mornings sitting in front of a fire place, late nights in a hot tub and outdoor firepit, rainy days sitting inside the screened in porch area- listening to the rain come down and playing board games, billiards table and secluded gaming area for the little ones/teenagers. My only negatives would be the grill needs to be deep scrubbed/grates replaced because its definitely seen its fair share of usage and making sure batteries to remotes are changed from time to time- minor fixes. Overall, a very enjoyable and relaxing time; I would definitely book again.

Beautiful location. House was very nice. Floors were not the cleanest. Two sinks drained very slowly (Main floor bathroom between bedrooms) and one of the two sinks in the master bathroom. Also, the bathtub in the bathroom between the two main floor bedrooms drained EXTREMELY slowly so there was ankle deep water in the tub after only a couple of minutes. Aside from the plumbing issues, it was very nice. Loved the quiet area, nice cosy beds, firepit and gameroom were great. Kitchen was wonderful

My family and friends have stayed here twice now, and we feel so at home. Everything is immaculate and the owner is available for any questions we have had. The hiking is the best and the area is amazing for long walks. There is nothing I could want more for our annual vacation!

Amazing property, so much space and very quiet and rural. Near to Lake Placid and Whiteface Mountain so some decent activity options. We stayed in July and the flies outside made using the hot tub problematic but there was a dining area behind fly screens, just a warning if you are planning to make use of the outdoor space in the summer.

I’ve stayed at this property a couple of times now. It had a great location for cycling, fishing and hiking. Highly recommended.

We had a girl's weekend get together and this place is amazing! The main room is a grand open space that's super comfy with beautiful views. Loved the spacious bathrooms, inviting and cozy game room and just the whole layout of the house. The hot tub was a huge hit and was very accessible from the main living area.The flume and the flume trails were gorgeous and just a short walk from the house.A mile drive away and we were at Whiteface Ski Mountain and took the short trail into Stagbrook Falls.We would all stay here again in a heartbeat. Just loved it!

Beautiful property located 5 minutes from Whiteface and 15 minutes from Lake Placid. Highly recommend staying here!

We went up to ski at White Face Mountain for a couple nights and this was the perfect place to stay. It is extremely cozy and very clean. We loved warming up in the hot tub and by the fireplace each night. We had kids with us that enjoyed playing pool and ping pong in the basement too.

Our family gathered for a reunion and chose this beautiful house. It was big and comfy for everyone. The hot tub was a hit as were the pool table and ping pong table. The pool table does need new pool cues however, The dining room table sat all of us comfortably and we absolutely loved the heated garage as it snowed while we were there. We also love the area - beautiful scenery and lots to do!

Our family very much enjoyed our stay! The location was excellent and close to Whiteface, grocery stores and Lake Placid but still felt quiet and secluded. We loved hiking down to the river and Flume Falls. Very spacious and clean.

Accomodations went far beyond expectations! It is close to hikes and water and very private.

We absolutely loved our stay in Lake Placid. This house is just outside of Wilmington, some great hiking and swimming! One comment, knives are NOT sharp ;) though are advertised as so. But if that's my only complaint, you know it was a fabulous stay!

Once in a lifetime 70th birthday celebration with my family...kids and grandkids. House and property are wonderful. Lots of room for everyone. Lots of fun things to do in the surrounding area. I highly recommend this listing!!

It was a short 15 minute trip to Lake Placid. The house was well maintained with ample room for 10 of us. There were plenty of toiletries, cookware, and other items. I would stay here again.

My wife and I absolutely loved the place. We stayed with our two young children and the property was perfect. Great location close to everything the high-peaks has to offer. Many things to do both inside and close by, including a nice hike very close to the property.
