Pike Lake Peninsula on the Shores of Pike Lake

Beautiful lake, cozy cabin, we loved the fireplace after miles on the hiking trails. There’s so much to do and see in this area. Get alllll the vitamin N Everything was great!!

Very relaxing. Had everything we needed. Beautiful lake. We were lucky to view an outstanding northern light show. Patio and grill were great. No dvd player. VHS? )We saw a bear while walking. Really enjoyed this cabin.

Cozy little cabin in the beautiful northwoods of Minnesota, extremely quiet area except for the loons! The lake was beautiful and clean. Cabin had all the amenities we needed to enjoy our stay, full kitchen, chairs to set out around the fire pit, dock with a bench, picnic table, etc. It was about a 23 minute drive from Grand Marais, the last 7-8 miles were dirt roads and the last 1/4 mile would be rough for a low clearance vehicle.

Perfect cozy get away for our anniversary. Dogs loved the outside space. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful place. Very nice inside, great accommodations. Wild life, large lake. Above all else quiet!!! Plus all time high score in Yahtzee!!!

Relaxing area with a beautiful lake. Loved fishing off the dock located on the property. The cottage was very clean and accommodated all our needs.

My favorite place to stay in the area. Coming to this house for 25 years. Great fishing. Updated appliances and just very neat and well kept. Always a treat.

This was a great stay. The view of the lake and seclusion of the woods was amazing. The cabin was clean and well-kept. Easy access to Grand Marais. The host is very responsive and the check in was simple. Greatly enjoyed our trip!

Wonderful location, beautiful cabin. I absolutely fell in love with the calmness of the surrounding lake and the wintery forest. Kitchen was fully stoked with everything we needed. The only complaints - matress was not very comfortable and there were spider webs in the corners.

We fell in love instantly with this place. Has everything we could ever want or need. Any time we look to come back up to the area we want to stay there! Also, that wood stove is absolutely wonderful. I truly can't say enough good things! We'd buy it if we could lol.

Thanks for opening up your cabin. The cabin is great, real quiet, dock needs to be sturdier, we caught a few walleyes, very nice area. the only negative is there is a lot of flies both dead and alive inside. but it is the woods. overall, we would stay there again.

Peaceful and relaxing. We love the indoor wood stove for cozy morning reading as well as the large deck for the same with coffee. Great Lake and star views from the outdoor fire pit. The sunsets are glorious! We are repeat guests.

Beautifully appointed and maintained, great location on peaceful lake, dog friendly. Looking forward to returning. (This was my second visit.)

I specifically looked into this place for its lake access, accessibility to our favorite SHT trails and stream access for trout fishing. Although the amount of rain made streams hard to access the fishing off the dock was remarkable. 2 of our highlights involved animal sightings. One early evening we spotted a black bear crossing the road. On another evening we witnessed an otter swim up on the dock and was eating crawfish. That amazing critter was bouncing all around the dock area and back yard. Priceless!!
