Pigeon Forge beauty - close to everything! Sleeps 20

Property needs maintenance. Everything inside and out needs a good cleaning. I sent 3 pages of things that needed fixed. Most remotes didn’t work and we replaced most of the batteries. The dryer vent was off and spreading lint and dust . We attempted to repair but was difficult due to hose being crushed and not connected to pipe between the floor joists. This space was full of lint and dirt. Multiple lights throughout the house were burned out and some had empty sockets. We had a leak in the lower level closet which resulted in my granddaughter clothes getting wet but we couldn’t dry because of the dryer issue. We called the owner about the water and she said her repairman would be out. It was 2 days. The refrigerator didn’t have any shelves in the freezer and wouldn’t keep ice cream frozen. The lower part of the refrigerator had multiple broken shelves and drawers also. We received 1 towel / hand towel and washcloth per person with a bath mat. Most of the towels were very thin. The utility room was open and it looked like someone was just throwing towels , blankets etc in there on the floor. We couldn’t find a bucket or a mop to clean up a mess we had so we used one of our 4 small kitchen towels. The lights on the front porch and decks were so dim you could barely find the door. There are loose pavers in the front walk. Some the furniture was in bad shape. Bar stool was so wobbly we placed upside down so no one could get hurt . The couch in the game room was peeling.

Everything was great. No major issues.

Overall good stay. Cabin is a little dirty. The downstairs shower did not work, the hottub blew a breaker as soon as we got in it. The beds were comfortable. Just needs some maintenance. Overall okay stay.

We could not get 3 tvs to work, called the number given and never got a call back.

Host was very responsive but there was a large leak in the back bedroom ceiling and a cord plugged into the wall that was cut. We managed with the leak but we had a large group and it made sleeping arrangements doable but uncomfortable. We were unable to use the upstairs bathroom which again was doable but created issues with the large amount of people we had. The host was very apologetic but the issues made things hard.

This was a great space with very easy access, and the hosts were excellent—friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. While the property could use some additional care and maintenance, it didn’t take away from our overall stay. We enjoyed our time here and would definitely return.

Cabin was great and in a great location. Fireplaces did not work and we had some difficulty with some of the tvs. Otherwise, very spacious with rooms for family. We had a great Thanksgiving getaway

Location is convenient for all the Pigeon Forge and Wears Valley attractions. Easy drive to entrance of national park thru Metcalf Bottoms. Kitchen area is small but workable. Large dining table for family meals. Beds were comfortable. Lots of hooks etc to hang clothes and towels on. Ample parking for at least 3 or 4 cars. Great place for a family gathering!

Great mountain rustic atmosphere. Plenty of hot water, gas fireplace, hot tub, fully equipped kitchen, excellent layout for our large group of 20, TV’s everywhere, outdoor fire pit and charcoal grill all work well.

We had a group of 13 women with a busy itinerary for the weekend. This was a great location to have access to everything we wanted to see and do in Pigeon Forge. It was very affordable and had plenty of bedrooms and space for us to stay comfortable while we were at the cabin. We had a couple of minor issues but the managers addressed them quickly. We all agreed we would stay at this cabin again.
