Stayed Apr 29, 2026Wonderful property with an amazing view. We enjoyed the ability to walk to Salt & Ash restaurant with a Michelin star rated chef. Property was very well maintained and having a pool was a bonus as it appeared that most of the surrounding properties did not have a pool. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Stayed Mar 21, 2026Everything was perfect. Communication was excellent. Only unit in Hawks Caye with its own pool and waterfront and not connected to another house. You can get all of these three things (pool, waterfront, and detached house) in Hawks Caye but only this unit has all three together.

Stayed Dec 22, 2025This is an absolutely gorgeous place to stay at in the keys. Beautiful and safe area right next to water, and a dolphin rehab area. It’s only 60 minutes to Key West, and not far from the other surrounding keys. The property owner was super easy to get ahold of, and responded back quickly to any questions, or comments that we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Aug 30, 2025The house was nicely updated. Plenty of space. Beds were comfy. Four porches to enjoy the views. Pool was small but the kids loved it. Didnt see any other villa with this amenity. There was a lot of boat traffic in and out of the marina. Could be annoying if you dont enjoy the music they might be playing. The bridge from Rt 1 is also able to be heard if outside but other than that it was pretty peaceful.
