It was the perfect house for our family reunion. It truly met all of our requirements. Affordable, easy access to the beach, elevator for grandma, grandma‘s dog allowed, extra parking nearby for visiting guest, clean, space to spread out so that we were not on top of each other. Truly enjoyed it we will be back.

This property was exactly as described. There was plenty of room for everyone to gather together on the main floor, but also plenty of space for people to get away and have some peace and quiet. We will definitely be booking this property again for another visit in October.

The house was very nice except there was 1 dead cockroach found on floor of 1 bedroom. The lock kept sticking and was hard to unlock or lock. We arrived at 1:30 am due to roads being closed and high traffic, and we couldn’t get in because the deadbolt was stuck, even after I put in the code and waited.

We brought 5 special needs guys down and they loved being able to be on vacation in a beautiful home close to the ocean

I thought that the house looked great from the online description and it was all that and more! It was well appointed, comfortable with lots of room for us to feel like we had our own space but could be together will be wanted. Lovely neighborhood and gorgeous beach!

The house was fully stocked and A1 makes the whole process from reservation to check out so easy.

We loved that there was plenty of sleeping space for all and a comfortable open gathering area for games and dinners, etc. With three levels, the elevator was a game-changer for getting luggage in on arrival and out on departure. Our only complaint was the scarcity of kitchen needs for cooking and serving. The “not-too-far” walk to the beach was great exercise, even for the seniors. We had a great time!

Perfect house for our adult family. Amenities such as Plenty of parking, bedroom/bathroom ratio, comfortable accommodations, entertainment room(with games, books, foosball), spacious kitchen all helped elevate our beach vacation.
