Matching 8’ doors and window height make sure you don’t miss a single sunset or any of the wildlife passing by. Three queen bedrooms on the main floor and a large 4th bedroom / bunk room upstairs provides bed space for up to 10 but you’ll be hard pressed to keep your kids from sleeping out under the stars.
Your family will enjoy recreational activities like bicycling, golf, hiking, spa, sight-seeing and whale watching.

There is a private hot tub at the home off the back deck facing the bay with spectacular views.

Cancelation Summary:
a. Cancelation- 90 days or more prior to Arrival Date: All monies refunded, except for
$300 cancelation fee.
b. Cancelation- 60 days or more prior to Arrival Date: Owner to retain the $300 cancelation fee, and Occupant forfeits the Initial Deposit, unless all or a portion of the period reserved by Occupant is successfully re-marketed, in which case the Initial Deposit may be refunded on a pro-rata basis
(depending on whether all of the same days are paid for by the new occupant, and whether the same Lodging Rate is received by Owner).
c. Cancelation - Less than 60 days prior to Arrival Date: Owner to retain the $300 cancelation fee, and Occupant forfeits the Initial Deposit and Remaining Deposit, unless all or a portion of the period reserved by Occupant is successfully re-marketed, in which case the Initial Deposit & Remaining Deposit may be refunded on a pro-rata basis (depending on whether all of the same days are paid for by the new occupant, and whether the same Lodging Rate is received by Owner).

During this time the shared waterfront area is currently closed to our renters.
