Picture Perfect Scarborough Beach House!

It was a great experience. The house was in very good shape and well equipped for a beach experience. The only criticism is that the filters on the window ac units were clogged up with dust and I needed to clean them. Thanks for the extra day. It made our trip back home a lot easier.

Great location, clean and well stocked.

Property is lovely allowing us to spend time sitting on the deck under the umbrella enjoying the tranquility and privacy of the yard. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped but a new microwave is needed. Also original listing said 3 baths but in reality only 2 baths plus outdoor shower. This should be revised.

The house was very practical, clean, and comfortably fit 6 people. Check-in was smooth and the location is perfect.

I stayed in this house with my two kids and each brought along a friend. The upstairs bedroom situation fit us perfect with two beds and a tv in each room. The upstairs tvs do not have cable boxes so I was glad that we brought along fire sticks, which worked great. The kitchen was well stocked and the living area was very comfortable. Although the outdoor area was great, I was also very content on the couch with a good book. The outdoor shower was spacious and clean. In regards to prior reviews about cleanliness, overall I felt that it was very clean. There were a few small things I noticed which I shared with the property manager so hopefully those will be corrected for future guests. The beach was walkable but parking was reasonable so we found it easier to drive. Overall great house!

Great location, short 15 minute walk to the beach. Could have been cleaner, but we spent all our time outside so we didn't really care as the back patio and lawn are gorgeous. Maybe would stay here again.

When we arrived, check in was simple. However, when we got to the house the dishwasher had been previously broken, there were bugs in the sink, and the refrigerator had been turned off for enough time the ice had melted. Throughout the stay the screen door broke twice, the faucet head broke twice, the sink leaked onto the kitchen floor, and the twin beds (previously shown as bunk beds) frame bent. The beach down the street was beautiful and the backyard was perfect. Overall we were disappointed in the house itself and the rental property did not compensate us to make up for these flaws.

This home has been recently updated and has all the amenities you’re looking for. We enjoyed being so close to the beach and also having a nice backyard to play games in.

Our family really enjoyed the house on Lincoln Way. The property was well maintained, outside furniture was perfect, kitchen appliances were new, bathrooms were in great shape and the kitchen was well stocked with everything that we needed. We especially loved that the garage was filled with bicycles, beach chairs and an amazing Pop-a-Shot game. We were close to the beach, but just wished we were closer to town. All in all we’d highly recommend this rental.
