Stayed Mar 21, 2025House is amazing- very relaxing, wonderful pool and has all the amenities for a beach day - chairs, coolers, bikes, - you name it, they had it! It was also nice to see an abundance of other supplies like extra paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags - everything was there. Great hosts- never had any issues- would definitely stay again!

Stayed Mar 2, 2024The space, the extra amenities, and the location of this house are really great! The hosts, Mike and Clem, were easy to communicate with and very responsive. The pictures in the listing were accurate. The neighborhood was comfortable and safe with a short distance to the beach, shopping, restaurants, and much more. We definitely recommend a stay here.

Stayed Dec 21, 2022We have stayed at a number of VRBOs In the East Naples area. The locations has always been great. However Michael’s service and the extra amenities in his home set his rental apart from many others. We would book again.

Stayed Nov 6, 2022Can’t fault anything. Property was just as advertised with loads of space. Thoughtfully provided chairs and cool box to use at beach and two bikes if you fancy a cycle. Didn’t need to bother Mike and Clem much but when we did, they were really helpful. Beds and lounge area furniture very comfortable. Access to the gym/larger pool was excellent too. Other users very friendly. Would definitely use again

Stayed Oct 16, 2022We, group of friends, enjoyed our stay at Mike and Clem's house a lot! They were the perfect hosts: super quick and easy communication (!!), very helpful in every way. The house is exactly like it is shown on the pictures. Only the room with the queensize bed is a little smaller than it appears. The house has quite new furniture and is very well equipped. Especially the beach equipment (6 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, big cool/ice box, beach trolley) is worth mentioning. The house is perfect for a couple and 2-3 kids, two couples and 1/2 singles or just 2 couples. The pool area is very private because of bushes and palm trees around it. On the other hand, it also causes to get shady relatively quickly, but this hardly affected us because we were on the beach all day. Location: only 10 min to the beach and 2 min to the next supermarket. The only small minus point comes from the fact that the house is relatively close to the main road, so you almost always heard the passing cars. Overall we enjoyed our stay a lot. Thank you again, Mike and Clem!
