PETS STAY FREE! 2 bed/2.5 ba townhome on Golf Course in the Foothills of Yuma

Our stay in this townhome was a pleasure and a great convenience to us. It was pleasingly cozy and clean and the neighborhood was quiet and comfortable. We were so happy to find this pet friendly rental and look forward to staying here again if needed. The host was also very responsive to any communication between us. Highly recommended!

The house was very simple. Certainly not cozy/charming decor.Bathroom light stopped working, found a straight pin in the carpet with my foot and we slept with someone else’s piece of pretzel in our bed.Host was prompt at responding.

Nice property. Great location. Unit was well equipped. If you are not a pet owner you may not be used to the pet smells at this property.

Super location and close to family. Thankfully we arrived early enough to turn the A/C on and it was finally cool enough to sleep. It would be nice if the A/C was even at a higher temperature than most keep it as it was 95 degrees in the townhome when we arrived that afternoon. Window coverings would definitely help with the summer heat. We had everything we needed and appreciate the use of the garage to keep our car out of the sun and heat. Well stocked with essentials and clean. Probably a wonderful place to stay for the cooler months but we were here to visit family.

Private and on the 18th fairway @ Mesa Del Sol. Had everything we needed. We didn't bring pets, but there were no animal odors. Keurig! Love the enclosed patio and sitting on the back porch watching the green. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed here while packing out our house during a PCS move. Great spot for family, animals and young kids with a nice view of the golf course.

Nothing could have been any more perfect! Clean, quiet, kitchen/bath with basics() available, Ned’s and bedding very comfortable, outline if needed info posted and we’ll orginizef … truely nothing could have been improved upon

Nice property. Everything was new and clean. Only one couch in living room, don't know how you would seat more than 3 people. Host was very prompt and accommodating.

Maybe get some Bedside tables w Lamps? Also more kitchen basics - cooking oil, pasta strainer, etc. Cushions for the couch would be more comfortable.Overall, we enjoyed our stay - clean, quiet, use of garage parking was nice, comfortable bed.
