OUTDOOR SPACE

The large balcony is one of the best spaces to enjoy the home. You'll find an outdoor dining area, BBQ grill and string lights, with plenty of greenery surrounding you. Have your morning coffee outside, grill dinner after a day at the river, or settle in with a glass of wine in the evening.

ENTERTAINMENT

For a night in, gather around the electric fireplace or set up a movie on the projector and screen. A Chromecast can be connected to the projector so you can stream from your favorite apps.

GUADALUPE RIVER & COMMUNITY AMENITIES

Guests have access to the Guadalupe River through the neighborhood. We provide river tubes for you to use during your stay.

You'll also have access to the community tennis and basketball courts, with a children's playground nearby.

Please note: The home is not directly on the river. River access is located within the neighborhood.
