The hosts did a great job at laying out expectations for check in upon arrival and departure. We had our code an hour before check in and great options for parking. When we pulled into the neighborhood, I will admit I had some reservations, but it ended up being a quiet area and a pleasant stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with coffee pods, sugar, and spices,pots, pans, and all the things for our cooking needs. The bathrooms were stocked as well with soaps, shampoos, and lots of towels. I was so excited to see the bedrooms had portable fans in the closets we could use! We flew into town and we cannot sleep without fans so this was a definite plus for us!I had to reach out once about the coffee maker and the hosts were quick with a reply and resolution. Their communication was great! We really enjoyed the game room downstairs and the family room for movies in the evening.We used the washer and dryer and they had detergent and dryer sheets on site. Everything worked well.We were 5-10 minutes from the shopping plazas and eating area, and minutes from the downtown arena venue. I apprecaited that the hosts had a binder that included infomation on things to do in the area as well as estimated times to drive there. We took advantage of the dining area on the main level for table games. While we didn't have any pets, it was easy to see how they had it set up to accomodate for pets. The property was well cleaned and maintained. We have this one saved for future trips!

We loved this place! It was stocked with more than what we needed, and extremely clean and neat. The grandkids had a great time with the game room, and gma and uncle loved being able to play with them! Our dogs were very comfortable which made it extra special for us all! It was convenient to where we wanted to be for the weekend. The host was wonderful. We didn't have any problems, but I am guessing if we had they would have been very responsive!

Great place to explore Rapid City from

Everything was clean. House was pet-friendly. Hosts were very easy to communicate with.

Five bedrooms and three baths is very nice. House is updated, so is very nice.. would have been nice to have a grill and an outdoor seating area, but otherwise it was a great place

Safe neighborhood

Check-in was seamless. Simple text to the host almost an hour early and we were still able to get in early. Kitchen and the rest of the house was immaculate. Very comfortable and spacious. We were there for Sturgis Bike Week with 4 bikes and had ample space to park off street and secure. Overall great place to stay. Would consider it again for future trips.

Filled our needs for a tournament in town. Neighborhood is a little run down but house has been renovated to fit the VRBO standards.

My husband and I met our daughter and her family of 7 in Rapid City. I chose this place because of the game room and it did not disappoint. It was clean and had plenty of room. In general the house was well stocked and had everything you needed. Adam was helpful and responsive. When we first drove up, the neighborhood looked a little sketchy, not what we expected from the house pictures. But the house was exactly like you see and not any problems with the location. We were only a few blocks from some nice walking paths and the main street. Highly recommend this place.

The location was great and close to many different venues. Plenty of space for multiple adults to stay here.

We enjoyed ourselves and was glad to have a clean and safe space to come together. My family travelled from MT to celebrate our NICU babies first bday. And this house housed us all. Thank you so much

It was great to be walking distance of the Monument. The house had plenty of rooms and bathrooms.

This spot was perfect for our group! We had 5 in our group and it’s so rare to find a place with 5 bedrooms. Was a perfect landing spot for our group while we explored the Black Hills for a few days. The hosts were great and were in constant communication throughout to let us know they could be reached if we needed anything. A+ stay! Thanks again!!

Overall checked the boxes for what we needed. Host was responsive and instructions were clear.
