Stayed Jun 5, 2025This is a tough one. I think I’ll go with pros and cons.Pros1. Spotlessly clean2. Well-stocked - The owners have provided everything you could possibly need for your trip.3. Angela with Evolve (manages the property) is very easy to work with.4. Pets welcome for a small fee and yard is fenced.5. Low price point6. Quiet neighborhood Cons1. Water pressure is horrible, I don’t think I got the shampoo out of my hair the whole week. It’s strongest in the kitchen, but still not good. 2. Soft water - combined with the lack of pressure, it was awful. It’s so soft you never feel like you’ve gotten clean. 3. The house is in a neighborhood and the rest of the homes were not well kept at all. I understand that this happens because of no HOAs to monitor. It was fine for us (2 adults, 2 dogs) and we weren’t there except at night. I wouldn’t stay again unless something could be done about the water.

Stayed Jan 12, 2025The property was well stocked. Including everything from spices to beach chairs and barbeque grills.With regard to cleanliness; as the saying goes you could eat off of the floors.The owners were extremely hospitable and accommodating.
