Stayed Mar 6, 2026My brother and I stayed for two weeks and everything was as advertised. I had previously owned a winter residence within a mile of property so was familiar with neighborhood.The place was clean, check in was simple and facility was great. Should we travel to Yuma again we will definetely check the availability of this residence.

Stayed Mar 27, 2025Neat clean park model with everything included that you would need for your stay. Walled and gated lot. Very walkable neighborhood! Convenient jump off points for all things Yuma. We will definitely stay here next year.

Stayed Feb 3, 2025Nice parking area, very comfortable covered patio with plenty of glider chairs & table with 4 chairs to eat outside. Plenty of indoor space for 2, kitchen had everything we needed. Bed comfy. Everything was clean. Nice to have washer & dryer. Good location for shopping. We would stay again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969It is a very nice, clean and very well upkept place to stay in Yuma. For a first timer in Yuma, I enjoyed that the area was quiet, clean and easy to find.

Stayed Mar 20, 2024I feel this rental is a good value for the price per night. It's clean and everything inside was good except the towel rack in the bathroom needs some work. The rental is located near all the stores and services anyone would need. The outside seating could definitely use an upgrade. The rocking chair on the patio was broken and luckily my husband noticed before we sat in it. We will keep this rental on the list for future visits to Yuma.

Stayed Mar 2, 2024This property suited my needs perfectly during my visit with my parents. It’s located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Its amenities were appreciated (stocked with paper towels, coffee, etc). I would rent it again for future visits.
