Pet Friendly | Updated Forest Ridge Villa | Short Walk to the Beach | Community Pool & Tennis

This condo is absolutely perfect! Safe, clean and family friendly. We didn’t cook but it was fully equipped with everything you would need. Beds were comfortable. Beautifully decorated and a short walk to beach. I would highly recommend staying here and hope we able to visit again.

The best location in the complex. Out the back door and you are just steps to the beach. The unit is super clean and very well appointed. The abundance of games was a great bonus. Communication was easy. Loved our stay

Sufficient sleep linens,kitchen well stocked. Bathrooms clean ok. Did experience big roaches. Soft ,scary spots in flooring. Liv room tv wouldnt connect. Quiet place. Hopefully noone falls through flooring. Im sure putting a hamper over the huge spot in bedroom was to detour you but closing blinds you experienced in master room. The one in front of closet was unavoidable in other bedroom. Said they were unaware but truthfully im sure very aware.

We loved our stay in this condo. The entire property is very pet friendly, and the beach is very easy walking distance. Also nearby downtown Fernandina. Lots of food options nearby, including grocery stores.

This condo was a wonderful place to stay! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The space was well-appointed, and we loved having a full kitchen and extra room to spread out. The location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. We’d definitely stay here again!

It was a short walk to the beach. It was a nice downstairs place. It was spacious and comfortable for the 4 of us and our pup. The pool was nice also and clean. They did have more than we expected. The management was very responsive also. We would stay here again.

The condo was in the perfect location for all we wanted to do. The beach was super close and the pool was clean and quiet. We had everything we needed in the house which was clean and comfortable. Lots of great restaurants and shopping nearby. The management team was amazing and easy to contact by text. Overall a great experience.

Thoroughly enjoyed staying at this condo. It’s spacious and nice, in a nice condo community that’s the perfect distance to the beach. The code they sent me for the door didn’t work but they gave me a new one to try immediately that did. They communicated frequently and well and made our stay a breeze.

Property was great, never saw the sun all week tho, lol

Enjoyed Amelia Island and the restaurants-David Restaurant and Longe the best to have an very excellent dinner

This was a great place to visit with my son and family. He is in the military and we had not seen them for 2 years. Alot of fun things to do in the area. Loved the beach was so close!

Was most pleased with the accommodations, the proximity to the Atlantic Ocean and the very reasonable cost I Shall Return!

Near beach and restaurants. Small problem with ac which was corrected same day. Nice stay for a quick vacation
