Bella Vita is a small 4 condo complex that sits Beach side in the heart of Indian Shores. This unit does not have a direct Gulf Front View. All units have recently been updated with brand new living room furniture which includes a queen sofa sleeper.
There is no pool at Bella Vita , but the Gulf of Mexico is so close you can taste the salt in the air. Bring the whole family and the dog (1 dog per unit) (20lb weight limit) to this 1 bedroom/1 bathroom cottage

Stayed Mar 24, 2025IRB weather was warm, sunny and pleasant. Clean beach stretched for a mile right outside our condo. My husband and I were happy, relaxed and very pleased with our condo, the neighborhood, the palms lining the street, privacy of the villa, and proximity to food and ice cream. We could not have asked for a better get-a-way from the North.

Stayed Mar 5, 2025one house away from beach. Clean and functional1 BR with a pull out couch. We came down for beach and Baseball (Spring training Phillies) and this was perfect for us. We cooked breakfast after a run on the beach, shower and head out for the day. Tons of places to eat dinner nearby. With the washer/dryer onsite you barely have to pack. Hope to stay again next year but maybe two bungalows, more family, and more days. Miss it already.

Stayed Jan 29, 2022Loved the location, nestled up in the beach. Indian Shores is a nice, down to earth location with some good restaurants and a nice beach. Vrbo, however, misrepresented the unit I was renting, using pictures of the adjacent unit so that you didn’t realize that the view of the beach from your unit is completely blocked by the building in front of it. The front view they use is of a different building. Shameful. We still had a nice time even though the unit we rented had multiple problem, as well. The local RE company fixed what they could fix in a timely fashion)

Stayed Sep 24, 2021We personally stayed at Bella Vista #9. I was a nice one bedroom (bedroom is on the street side, which can be loud) there were some cosmetic things that could be done to make the property shine, but it was livable, the AC worked, and we were very pleased to have a washer and dryer on the property. We checked in after hours and were called and also sent emails on how and where to check in. The staff was kind and courteous. We stayed for 10 days and loved the location. You can see the ocean from a side window, or if you walk over to unit #8 (not if you have neighbors however) we wished we would have known about the units in front of ours, or even #8 because you would see the ocean out those windows or off the decks. We gave a 3 for cleanliness because the wood is very weathered and under the stairs, next to the laundry room, it was dirty with sand and seaweed, etc, along with the laundry room, it was not swept or tidied up, just stuff thrown in the room. We did have some dirty vent covers, and some mold spots on the ceiling in the bathroom from the moisture, but that could be easily remedied with some more attention to that moisture, etc. The cleanliness was more cosmetic issues, not filth issues. We spent a lot of time at the ocean, and it was the best location for that! This unit is on the same side as the ocean, no crossing streets to get to it. The laundry room had supplies as in beach chairs and umbrellas as well as charcoal for their fire pits to cook on, which we took advantage of also! They have an outdoor shower faucet and water hose to wash off the sand after coming back in. Overall, we would stay there again, and would also bring family! We think next time we'd look into the front units, but this suited us just fine this trip, It was our first trip to FL and we loved it.

Stayed Aug 6, 2021We loved our little beach home. Access to a private beach steps outside our door was priceless.
